If I could give 0 stars I would. It doesn't matter when you call, they NEVER answer the phone. I remember the good old days when Kari managed the department. This was never a problem. Sadly, those days are long gone. Have fun leaving a massage and waiting 3-4 business days for a response.

They will never, ever answer the phone. I've been calling them 3, 4 times a day, for 3 weeks. I just wanted to know why my registration tags are so late. It's been filled out, paid for, confirmed, and supposedly in the mail. Worst, least staffed and least responsive DMV I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. What the actual f is going on.
