I went to James Street in Holland to get a tooth out, but was turned away. I called Pullman intercare and they got me in right away.
Dr. Carmen told me what was going to happen next..I never thought I'd be comfortable at a dentist. The receptionist is great
also.❤thank you for the coffee...I recommend them for fast, friendly service.. thank you!!

I can't speak on any of the doctors but I certainly feel dr Carmen deserves more than 5 stars! For the past 10 years any time I come here, she's who takes care of me. I can't speak highly enough about her, awesome work, and an all around great person. 10 out of 5 stars!

The call staff was very helpful to the best of their ability. With the covid 19 plandemic happening right now its hard to get good help especially medical attention but they were ready to help to the best of their knowledge and that's appreciated! Please be kind and understanding in these times. Thank you essential workers for your continued help and support! Be blessed!

Can't praise my doctor enough. She genuinely cares. Only thing is, I have to wait too long for a scheduled appointment. I've tried other care facilities and chose to come back to InterCare. I am a patient here at InterCare since 2009. I highly recommend the doctors.

I see Dr. Brady and I am very happy with the service I am provided by this office. There have been times when it has taken awhile for her to see me, but she is a very thorough doctor so she likes to make sure she examines every possible factor before making a determination for treatment/further testing/etc.

The two times that she has taken quite a bit longer than I would like was when there was an administration change which she was now the head of, and another time, but she gave me the option of rescheduling and told me how long the wait would be if I chose to stay. I go in for more precautions I would say than anything else and I wait until I have issues for at least a week, if not more. I would very much recommend Dr. Brady to anyone who may have had a bad experience here in the past. She does an exceptional job in my opinion!

I have been going to Intercare for medical for over 10 years and there were some times when there's a long wait and some intake workers were rude or dismissive. In the last few years I find the service much improved and more professional. My PA is outstanding!

The wait times aren’t long anymore but medical assistants there still seem like the life was sucked out of them. I know everyone is fighting their own demons but that shouldn’t be affecting you work performance. The lady who schedules appointments (this was around 9/2022) sounds dead (no kindness in her voice). When I was scheduling my appointment I let the the lady know my 2 concerns. When I showed up for my appointment the medical assistant only mentioned 1 concern I had. I let them know my other concern and they dismissed it. When Jon Gibson, DNP came in the room I made my concern simple and short. He started mumbling under his breath basically how my concern is dumb instead of reassuring or educating me that I was incorrect for my concern. I decided not to bring up my second concern since I was no longer comfortable. When I asked him questions about the prescription he was recommending (like how often to use it and when I would see results) he would say an answer and then say “wait ummm uhh never mind” and then he got up and said “I’ll be back”. I waited a couple minutes and he sent his medical assistant to tell me my appointment was over. Ashamed how my insurance, Medicaid, has to pay caregivers like this. If Intercare didn’t have time to address my 2 concerns then they could have let me know to make a separate appointment or made a longer appointment for me. Please do better.

I am putting 3 stars because I went in for two fillings which one of them wasn’t even filled properly there’s still a small hole so I now have to go back again I seen dr cho. I usually see dr parks but he had an appointment that was taking longer than expect which was ok. Next time I know to wait on my actual dentist. If this guy can’t do a filling properly he does not need to be a dentist.

Went march 1st and was told I needed to be referred here it is the 15th with nothing, called multiple times to get nothing not even a voice-mail service to leave a message. The dr is great the nurses or referral dept is definitely lacking! This is my health and no one other than Dr. Kovach seems to care!

Well they had no idea why I was there because they changed the reason for my appointment that i waited months for. So they did nothing and set another appointment so they could know what they're looking at...... but they didn't put any of my current problems on the "current problems" list.... and said that they counseled me about smoking and urged me to quit even though it never came up and i quit many years ago. So the only thing they actually did.... was lie.

Sad that many people with Medicaid think they have no other choice but this place for their health.
I was recently there the beginning of the month (and not by choice) with my niece and we were told that she was behind 5 vaccinations. At the end of the visit we felt kicked out(rushed) and told they couldn’t do the vaccines until after a covid-19 test. We were getting walked out with out the test. As my mom asked again they said they had already done it, finally they swabbed my niece and told us it would take a week for the results that they would call. Well no call was ever made.
Recently my niece was running a fever they said they could do a virtual appointment. A nurse called my mother saying the doctor was a little behind. Well no virtual appointment took place.
10 years ago I switched my own family doctor. And I plan on helping my mom get her girls out of this place as well. Don’t settle for less this place should not be up and running especially for peoples health.

If you want barely adequate care this is the place for you. Rude gossiping staff. On the day of my appointment i was called and harassed to cancel. Never seen more unprofessional office. If you want quality healthcare where you're treated with respect, do not call Pullman intercare.

The last time I was at the Pullman Intercare Office was about a month ago. I had an appointment at 3:15pm. They called me early in the morning informing me that two people had canceled and wanted to know if I was available to come in earlier. I was at work so I declined. I arrived early at the office at 2:45pm, so I could fill out paperwork. I got taken back where my vital signs and weight were taken. The lady took me into the first room where I sat appx. 20 minutes. Then she came in the room about 3:35pm and asked me to come with her to another room to which I replied "I have already been here 20 minutes, is somebody going to see me???" She took me to another room across the hall where I sat another 50 minutes!!!! I fell asleep in the waiting room and took about a 20 minute nap. I woke and walked to the bathroom about 3:50pm. On my way back to my room, I seen my doctor (Dr. Francine Bruder) sitting down in a chair talking to somebody. Dr. Bruder made eye contact with me prior to me going into my room and then continued her conversation. Nonetheless, she still didn't come back to my room for about 15 more minutes. I left my room door open the entire time hoping that they would see that there was somebody still in the room that had not been seen.

It was very apparent that when Dr. Bruder came into my room that she had no urgency about seeing me. Considering I was in the office that day for chest pain, I was shocked to see that my doctor made me wait for nearly 1.5 hours before she even walked into my room. Then she informed me that my notes that I recorded about my chest pain were not good enough and that when I needed to get more information. This was my 3rd time in the office for chest pain. I was very shocked that she wanted to give me testing for my "reassurance." Any type of research I have ever pursued or any medically trained providers have never talked with me the way she did that day, especially in reference to chest pain. I came for reoccurring pain that was getting worse and pretty scary and she wanted me to do testing for my mental and emotional reassurance?!

I will never go back to Dr. Bruder again. Ever. My health and well-being were entrusted to this woman and it seemed as though she was callused to working with people by the lack of compassion, concern, and urgency that she showed to me that day. I would not recommend Dr. Bruder to anybody I care about.

They take forever my appointment was at 4 and when i got here they said the doctor was 2 hours behind. They called me back and told me right away and put me in a room and told me they will move me to another room when it becomes available. Why put me in a room to wait for another room. If your appointment is at 4 you don't get seen until 6. Don't come here unless you have time to waste.
