Such a cute train themed restaurant in Hamilton. Friendly service & delicious breakfast! I love that they give you the whole pot of coffee on the table instead of having to come and refill. I will definitely go back to this nice place when I am in the area. Oh, the prices are super reasonable as well.

A very satisfied experience. We brought my parents here for the first time for lunch. Everything was great. The perch was very lightly breaded and tasted wonderful, the gizzards were fried perfect & chicken tenders were tender and the batter was not heavy. The service was great, very friendly and accommodating. A nice clean place. Will definitely return.

What a fantastic place to eat. We stopped because everyone had great things to say about this place it’s so true. Staff is awesome especially when an adult makes a mess. They will even take special orders. This place was well worth the stop. Did is amazing as well. The husband even loved the fact they had V8 juice 🥤 so he partook. They had wonderful healthy sugar and creamy that he doctored up his already delicious tasting coffee. I was glad I had my Young Living Essential Oil Thieves spray to clean 🧼 up. However he told the waitress that he’s taking me to Lake Michigan to give her a good cleaning. 😂

The service was awesome. My little one was fussy and they brought her out applesauce while waiting for our food. The lake perch is very good

I had the steak and eggs. I believe the steak was prime rib 😋 And it was excellent! My other half did a half omelette. Which was huge. But she ate it all 😁

Best place for fried pickles! We come here all the time lately! The place is beautiful and very clean and kept up. The girls at the counter are exceptionally nice. Definitely recommend trying this place.

My husband and I just bought a house in Hamilton, this was one of our first restaurants that we tried, we went back 2 more times in the same week. Great lunch specials and we really can’t decide what we like best, everything was good! The wait staff is very friendly. It has a cozy atmosphere and very clean. This will definitely be our go to here in Hamilton.

We had our wedding here and everything was amazing. The staff was so wonderful and informative and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The hall cleans up beautifully and is a great value. I genuinely cannot recommend this place more for wedding and reception. Not to mention Jeff and Kathy were great to work with throughout!

Friendly waitress and Host. Clean bathroom and dining area. This is a real Gem in the Allegan area.

I am from Rockwood, Michigan. Stopped here after a day at the tulip festival. Glad I did. My fiancé and I had a wonderful meal. The food was hot, delicious, and fulfilling. No complaints only compliments.

The Trestle Stop is a very interesting place located just south of Hamilton. The food never disappoints and the service is great. I've only been here a couple of times, but I will definitely be coming back more often.

If you're just in the area traveling and don't know where to go for an amazing breakfast, this is definitely the place you'll want to try first. The food is delicious and you can tell it's good, quality ingredients made fresh that comes out hot. Service from staff was wonderful, and the environment and design of the restaurant is very inviting and cozy. This place is 100% worth stopping in and giving a try, you won't be disappointed!
