The Pullman Tavern

Great place perfect little dive bar, it has been cleaned up nicely since the last time I was in there 30 years ago. Staff was very friendly and the service was quick, food was very good.

The food was very, very delicious. I got a Tom’s burger (bacon, caramelized onion, white cheese) and it was cooked well. The bacon was good quality, unlike cheap thin bacon typically gracing burgers. The bun was perfect -high quality with good chew. The fries were also fantastic -similar to hand-cut fair fries and perfectly salted. The prices are a a smidge high, about $10-12 for a burger or sandwich (my burger was $11). The environment is comfortable and laid back -it’s an old bar, but a good one. The proprietors are very friendly.

Great little place! The bacon bleu burger was delicious! They accommodated our party of 8 w/ no issues and the cook came over to check on us. The t-rex over the grill made my kids laugh!

Everyone was so friendly, the burgers and cheese bites are awesome!! Great service, great local beer. I wish this bar was close to home so I could be a regular! Love it here and will definitely stop anytime we are in the area! Definitely worth checking out!!

We read all the great reviews and decided to give it a try. So glad we did, this place is a real gem. My blue burger was excellent and they do a nice job taking care of gluten free folks too. There is a lot of local pride here, they serve beer from Rusty Rocket brewery, (Pullmans finest) and cider from Cranes in Fennville. The service is friendly and efficient This is obviously a local pub but it is also welcoming and comfortable for visitors. Can't wait to go back.

The perfect old school type tavern with that down home feel. The owner and the staff are always very friendly, courteous and polite. If I lived closer I'm sure I would be a regular.

My family ate at the Pullman Tavern our first night of vacation, when staying at a local Airbnb and all eight of us recommend the Pullman Tavern. The locals were friendly and the staff was great and helpful. They allowed us to move two tables together to fit our group of eight. The burgers were amazing, as well as the wings and other appetizers. It was really good and we felt like we were at home - just like the local bars where we live! Thanks Pullman Tavern - you were great and your food was amazing!

What an absolute gem this place is. The former owner (his son owns them now) of two of South Haven's swankiest restaurants runs this little place everyday out of a love of food and community.

The food is fantastic (lots of fried foods, but you can get a wrap if you're eating light), and the drinks are reasonably priced.

The owner and his daughter are delightful people, and love taking care of their guests there.

This place is a regular motorcycle destination for me, and it should be for you as well.
