Love the store! The service here is always really friendly and they have the neatest clothes and items here. They are a little pricey, but everything they sell here is good quality.

I love the smell! Haha. The current manager & his entire staff are great, always very friendly & helpful...I think they all love our birds mostly though. Haha. It's always a pleasure to look around inside Earthbound though, some really cool gift ideas all over the store.

I live in Chicago and visited southern Illinois recently! Went to this store in the mall and the man and lady at the front were so sweet and nice😃 very friendly and welcoming I bought some crystals and a cat hat that was so cute!! I showed them pics of my cat named muffin🐱 to the store owners, if you see this I love your store and my cat loves the cute bunny hat🥹 wish you both well

The only male employee working tonight, instead of asking if I was finding everything okay, seemed very concerned about my walking around in flip flops "in this weather," he said. "You're very brave," he continued, "I could never be that brave. Be sure not to slip on ice, we really wouldn't want that." The conversation ended until he rung me up and I handed him a 20, which he put away and proceeded to reach for smaller bills before you could see the exact moment it dawned on him that he had no idea how much change he owed me. No clue. He asked if I wanted a bag twice. I feel very pretty now 10/10 customer service, highly recommend if you are a pretty girl in need of a confidence raise. I've had employees flirt before but that takes the cake, gotta say, I don't mind.

One of my favorite places to shop. I wish prices were a little lower. But with great quality merchandise, I can't complain. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely marvelous little store. The entirety of the staff is charming and helpful, as well as being very considerate and forward thinking. Not every store has folks that go out of their way to learn your name and remember you the next time you come in, but the fellas at Earthbound sure do.

I will forever love earthbound!! There clothes are 100% quality. I don't find much attire that fits my curves, but I always find what I'm looking for in this store. They are customer friendly and do their best to help as much as possible.

Love the selection and styles.Wish the prices were a little lower but oh well it's mostly handcrafted items so can't complain and they are always having a sale going on. I love the customer service, never had a problem with any of the workers.

Staff is ALWAYS inviting and down to..earth. I feel like I have friends when I go into this store...some of the rings are a bit flimsy...I have snapped the band of two of the same style...mmmbut I still wear one of them!

Lots of good quality products for relatively cheap. I love getting my crystals here and the overall vibe of this place.
