Jack's

Food was good, service was also. They've got some new help so it took a minute to get my order. It was lunchtime. Don't know about dinner though. Hot, fresh food is always worth the wait!

Visted this location multiple times and always great food and good service.

Store has really improbed since my last visit. Speed of service, accuracy of order and quality are much better

This was the first time I had been inside Jack's since the store was remodeled. The store looks great inside and out. Seems like new employees have taken over along with the new building. Although I miss seeing the old employees who knew me by name and knew exactly how me and my family liked our food prepared without questioning, the new employees are pleasant. They work just as hard and the staff are becoming familiar with me (Guess that's not a good look for me if I can write a long post about a restaurant 😬).
Overall, from what I can gather, the staff works well together as a team to ensure customers are happy. I've never noticed the drive-thru packed so heavily out to the road for breakfast, lunch and dinner as it has been since reopening(Again , not a good look for me. Don't judge me, I can't cook and if your reading this, you are the one in the long line daily so shush 🤪). I give THIS Jacks 5 stars and a happy face!The food is always delicious and the wait time is decent considering the amount of people demanding service. I salute people in the fast food business. It may seem like an ordinary job to some, but I noticed while inside the restaurant for some people, this is their life making Jacks a home away from home.
Obviously the store managers are doing something right because I left out dancing and singing

Good food takes a little while to get it but friendly staff

The employees are super friendly. They keep it clean, and always take time to greet their customers. Definitely one of my favorites to grab lunch on the go!

The only fried chicken I eat... The best over all other fast food places. However I do not compare Jack's food to be fast food. Because they have their own amazing spices, just enough to marinade overnight then fry in the morning...That was the way my grandmaw made fried chicken. Of course back then she had to "twist the poor chicken's neck" which of course got a lot of getting used to. Took me years to actually watch. Anyway once you smelled the deiscious aroma of that chicken in that big black iron skillet...you forget all about the blinding scenery of the begining of the process...Geez.. That crispy skin with just enough flower to coat, just like Jack's do it. Just a bit, to coat it. Not like them other chicken places who dip their chicken in globs of thick batter, which double the starch content as well as the grease running down your fingers!! UGH!! Not for me. Love Jacks Southern fried light and ,lightly poudered crispy skin! That be my Chicken!!! Oh and them bisquits? Like clouds!! Yummie!

The food was hot % good as always! They were very slow, I understand though. They too, like everyone else are hiring. You can't get anyone to work!

Went thru drive thru was short staffed waited 15 mins or more parked at window cars were blowing horns

2 for six dollars. Let me tell you about the BLTs at jacks in Russellville. Number one- they are loaded with bacon. Number two- the lettuce is fresh and crispy. Number three-the tomatoes were fresh and there were two slices on our sandwiches. We asked for extra mayo and they actually put it on The sandwich. You get all of this for six bucks...... incredible. So you can guess I’ll be back, back, back for another one of these deals!

I am so glad this place open back up. I had my big Jack Combo today and it was delicious yeah, but I can't wait to get my sausage gravy and biscuit in the mornings!

It's fast food and always good at this location. Only downside, I had to wait 45 mins in the drive thru due to them being so busy. 👍

Workers went out of their way to to help me with everything probably because I'm older and since I just had knee replacement I had trouble manuvering. Fish and small shake was outstanding. The people in the table next to me included me in they're conversation since I was alone. I love that about Alabama people 😂❤ and yes, I'm a Yankee and haven't been here very long. Every where I go it seems in Alabama, especially Walmart, I end up meeting wonderful people and of course having these great conversations. Here at Jack's is an exceptional worker, her name is Stephanie. If she's not a manager, she should be.

The place is wonderful and full of welcoming faces.

Great food, great experience, people was very friendly also.

Jacks is a hard working area that may need a few adjustments to its cash registers but over all its a family friendly place where dine-in experience is popular overall great place

Love this place for the bacon big jacks and fries. The chicken breast and thigh are one of the best from a fast food place. The biscuits are bland but they've grown on me.

Really nice people with great food. Their Rocky Mountain ice cream is the best! They even went the extra mile and gave me a Christmas card around Christmas time!

I just love jacks

Jack's has really good breakfast and a personal favorite is the Big Bacon Cheeseburger the drive thru moves pretty fast overall I've not had a bad experience and would recommend Jack's to people
