Best Western Plus Russellville Hotel & Suites

We visit from NJ to see family and always stay at The Best Western in Russellville. We can’t say enough about how kind and helpful the team is. Rooms are clean, breakfast is a nice bonus. The team goes out of the way to make us feel at home and southern hospitality is at its finest. Look forward to staying again!

Comfortable, the employees were all overly nice, breakfast was very good and had good hot coffee. And very clean!! Enjoyed my stay there. I will be back !!!

How do I start this post, and will they let me write as much as I want? I will tell you right now you will not go wrong by staying at this location here if visiting the Shoals area. With pleasure!

I've been to a lot of hotels in my travels and the way this hotel treats their patrons is by far way above and beyond the standard of any place I have ever stayed before. Let me start with...

THEIR SERVICE: As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the most friendless staff ever...PERIOD. Right off the start, I knew I made the correct choice when I booked this hotel.

THEIR CLEANLINESS: Top Notch! From the breakfast area to your room. The best! The top of the pictures was wiped down, the smell of the building smelt great, the floors were clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was perfect.

THEIR AMENITIES: Very nice large meeting room, great outdoor pool, the business center great, and the fitness room, although a bit small, was perfect.

What else can I do or say about this hotel? I will say this if your larger chain groups would adopt or duplicate the management here, then this world would be a much better place. (Even their sister hotel, just 20mins down the road in Tuscumbia, would not come close to the hospitality here in Russellville. The Tuscumbia Hotel is unsatisfactory).

Travelers, drive the extra 20 mins to stay here. I told myself that I would never stay at a Best Western again after Tuscumbia. All I can say is, I'm glad I gave the chain a second chance. By far, the only place I will stay 3 to 4 times a quarter for my work is the Shoals. This hotel here, by far, is one of, if not the best hotel around. Congratulations guys...you did it. We had been driving all day on July 1 when we saw this hotel and stopped hoping it would have a room available. Luckily there was one left. It was one of the best hotel experiences that I've ever had (and I used to work for that big place in Orlando). Beautiful hotel, super nice and informed staff. Great coffee bar as you walk in. There was a family reunion going on and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. Everything was so convenient. Clean, beautiful, friendly. I wish all hotels left me feeling this happy. Thanks for being there when we needed a restful night.

This is the best hotel I. The quad cities. The room was super clean and comfortable. The manager and staff were very friendly and professional. This place is by far the best in the area. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Awesome breakfast! Coffee available very early which is great ☺. Clean rooms with plenty of towels, rags. Comfy beds. Outside areas are well kept. This hotel is in a safe area also as far as I can tell. Wonderful stay here for my husband and I! Very satisfied ☺

Rooms were well appointed and clean. Service was good, breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel. Four stars for location due to a weird parking lot entrance.

There's a great coffee shop across the parking lot with lots of different kinds of food for all different kinds of diets all day long. And their huge whirlpool tubs are clean and comfortable with back rests and they have a great breakfast.

This hotel was fabulous, clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the breakfast was good and plentiful.
Rates were very good for right around the holidays, and the hotel is in a nice area but convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay, and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Everything was great. The only thing I can say negative is if you're in a higher numbered room, it may take your water a few minutes to get hot as the water heater is near room 101.

The room was clean and updated, no nasty flooring or around the toilet or tub. The bed was comfortable, which is saying a lot as many times in a motel the bed is awful. The pillows were fantastic. The best part was the staff was so friendly and helpful. COVID-19 created some challenges for them to overcome, but they did so very well. Wonderful stay, I will stay there again. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and hospitable!

Great place to stay walking distance from lots of eating spots and a gas station

Very nice place to stay, room is big and smells so good when we enter. Front desk staff is very helpful. The old lady who made breakfast in the morning is so sweet and caring. I will definitely choose this place again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. I had no issues during my stay. Breakfast was great. I loved the pancake option. Very unique over the usual waffles. Also very yummy western omelets the omelets the morning I stayed. I imagine other mornings have other egg options, but these were great.

Service here is awesome. Ralph made my check in experience wonderful with great conversations, rooms were clean and comfortable with the bathrooms were by far the cleanest and nicest of any hotel I've ever stayed in.

The front desk staff were both very helpful and kind. If I could give 10 stars, I would based solely on the professional front desk.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. Air conditioning works well.
All around great place!
