They don't really have good service up front anymore for the people that are dining in it's like they got just people for the drive-thru. We was at drive-thru and we had to go in because the line was so busy but then yet we did not get waited on

They ask u what u want and for condiments and they don't put it in ur order there's one employee with bad attitude wich I was the mystery chopper

Do not shop Hamilton, go to russellville. Russellville location is the best for mobile orders.

Food is very good but I really miss seeing the Ronald McDonald clown 🤡

I like the fries best but also like the Mac double and chicken sandwich. It's mcdonalds so you know what to expect. I like to order with a human,not those big nasty screens with germs.

This McDonald's is the best in the area. It is always very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are immaculate! The dining area is always very neat. Every one is very friendly. When you walk in you are created with a smile. The food is always HOT! I have never had an issue in this place. They are very well trained and take great care of their employees and it shows.

I was given the wonderful opportunity of working at this store for about 5 months. Every single one of the team members and managers have made an impact on me in some way, shape, form, or fashion. It’s a wonderful establishment, a great and fun place to work, and when you walk through the door you become apart of a big family. I loved my team and I hate that I had to leave them so abruptly. With this job it paved a way for me to get moved in my own home and not be homeless. When I started having issues with my health, they were my biggest support system. Now that my health is declining fast, I wanted to let you guys know that I love you guys soooo much. And I anvery grateful and thankful for each and every one of you. Keep doing great things and keep the smiles on your faces! 💚💚

Fast and fresh CORRECT special order, friendly and courtesy staff, relatively on top of cleanliness

The employees are very friendly and patient, at least they were to me, as well as patient. There is a fenced in play area outside. The food that I have gotten here has always been good, not under or over cooked .

I was on my way back to Atlanta Georgia and stock and had breakfast and went through the drive-thru a very Curtis new baby friendly if we was nice and hot and I will stop back to you again

Fast considering staff shortage as with must food chains at this time due to covid 19. Very friendly and food was fresh.

I love McDonald's but there tea needs to stop being that sweet . It's extremely sweet but everything else is good. Missing those strawberry pies though
