I just want to say that Melanie in from the Pro desk is awesome. She went above and beyond in helping us purchase, find and load the shed that we purchased. It's been a while since I have had such a personal touch experience.

I cannot say enough good things about the service experiences we have had with the Muscle Shoals Lowes store the past few weeks. “JD” (I believe his last name is Donadly) was so helpful helping us pick out a few different items. We are building a house so we need all the help we can get – he was kind and patient and very very helpful! We had a return that was handled flawlessly by Liz; check out was great with Matthew; and April in window coverings was able to give us good information and set us up a couple of appointments. Our shopping experience with Lowe’s has been great!

We’ve Been dealing with Amy in the Flooring Department at the Muscle Shoals Store and she was very helpful and called back like she said she would!

Ms. Diane in the Garden Center was absolutely fabulous today with helping me finding something that would live year round to place in 2 flower beds. Go see her on Saturday or Sunday's at the Muscle Shoals Lowe's.

I really like the employees that work here. Orders would be called in and they got to know me by name when I came in to pick things up.
They have the latest things to improve your home. They also carry a great selection of gift and gift ideas during Christmas.
I signed up for their daily deals and I have found some awesome stuff.

I was offered help quickly. The employee helped load my cart. And pushed my cart to the cashier.

Even though they have gone full self checkout, there has always been someone there to assist, if needed.

Best customer service ever. Sales specialist, Daniel Smith, went above and beyond what I needed and expected. Offered me choices and options I wasn't even aware of. Super nice and very personable. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet still maintained just enough personal touch to put me at ease. Huge shout out to him. We need more people like him. Thank you to him. 😊😊

I had to go to Lowe's in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, twice today. Both times I had the fortune to go through the checkout with an amazing lady named Sadie working the checkout. She was VERY friendly and helpful. Lowe's, having employees like Sadie will keep me coming back to your business. Sadie is the very epitome of who all customers want to interact with. Kudos to you for having this awesome lady on your team! maybe she should be a trainer in your store? Just a thought. Thanks again for having her on your team!

I walk in the door there was a nice woman that greeted me and ask could she be of any help today. Did I need any help finding a particular item or product .I said no I was just getting my exercises. She said have a nice day .

Went to buy a small heater for my bathroom and found exactly what I wanted. I checked Walmart and Home Depot but they didn't have what I was looking for.
The employees were helpful and courteous!

Purchased a range a few weeks ago and went back today to pick up the airfryer basket that comes with it. Employees were extreamly helpful and very very nice.
