McDonald's

I'm from Western KY and I am a truck driver. Usually, I am disappointed when I eat McDonald's buttt...this was the best Big Mac meal I've had in years! Way to go 😃 thank you 😄😄😄

Wrong and missing something orders, and the burritos breakfast they're hard .

My favorite item here is a Large Frozen Coke. Sometimes the machine is messed up and I never can get a refund if I do a mobile order. But I have no other complaints.

It took awhile to get the food but the staff there is always friendly and amazing. They're the best in the area. The one that's connected to the gas station on the highway is great too. The McDonalds over by wendy's on Avalon could use a lesson from these folks. I avoid that McDonald's at all costs. Im trying not to go to any fast food places but when I do, I want nice people there because I'm nice.

Ita your southern quick stop, no doubt. Have a burger, get some gas, and head out

I really wish I caught her name, I was in the drive-thru today 10/23/22 around 615pm. I broke a 30 Oz coke in my lap and the girl at the window was so helpful and nice, people like her make us better as an industry! We are ESSENTIALS

This McDonald's is a good one here in the shoals area! Where I was born and raised and still live! The locals call it the McChevron of course because it's got both a McDonald's and Chevron gas station together here at this location! They are the best ones to take your pet through the drive thru with you here, they always give my pitbull Tank a pup cup with whip cream or vanilla ice cream in it, he absolutely loves it! The customer service is the best at breakfast and supper time to visit this location! I don't have anything negative to say about this location out of the 4 locations this one and the McDonald's at love's gas station truck stop out on the highway are the 2 best McDonald's in my opinion for this area! Hope you enjoy and be sure to stop by if you're just passing through!

Always fast! Makes your order right the first time. Never been told their ice cream machine wasn't working.

They had the best gravy of any other place I've been before. Gravy was thick enough to stand up a spoon in it. It was gravy , eggs, sausage, and a biscuit. I think it was called the Big Boy's plate but not sure but it was great even better than my own most of the time.

This McDonalds has been the best so far. They usually get my meals right and have quick, friendly service. They also have a rooster named Buster that frequently arrives in the mornings and eats biscuits. He is notoriously hard to trap and catch.

The customer service Megan and the entire overnight staff worked hard at every shift. was above every other run of the mill McDonald's restaurant standards!
Made Lunch break less stressed, and our jobs at Love's more successful.

They're trying their best to get everyone through the drive through line quickly while the dining room is still closed. Waits are a little long but the service is still good.

Friendly and helpful, always a good spot to grab a quick bite. Download their app and get some good deals. I like the "any sandwich deal for only $1". Literally get a Chicken Sandwich inside for $1 then go in the drive-thru and buy a large drink for $1 and u can get fries for $1 deal. That's $3 for $8 meal. Can't beat that.

It was clean! As far as eating goes haven't ate McDonald's in years!!! Hey McDonald's maybe you should get some kinda veggie burger 4 tha vegans & vegetarians! & make cook it on its on fryer! Just a suggestion! Anyway! ✌&❤ regardless!!!

We were in town for about a week and had horrible eating experiences one after another...this place changed our trip for the better!!! The food was so good we cried we didn't buy more...quick and friendly staff made it a lasting experience for me.

We have never had any issues at this McDonald's. The employees are super nice which is rare for a fast food place. Food is always good.

I usually stop by this McDonald's for my coffee. Its a busy place as its also located inside a convenience store. Its not any place special but its convenient for me between my husband and my work. I love McDonald's coffee and dont care if i wait or not. Today tho was very busy. There was a new woman waitung on me, she said it was her first day on that register. She was friendly, but not annoyingly so. Her name was Yacca. I personally felt she was very professional, i could see she was visibly pissed having "her" customers have to wait. Well...she got over to the food and whipped those orders out. I also work in tge food industry...i personally feel she is an outstanding employee who cares about what she does and more so about her customers. McDonald's...i hope you value having an employee like her....
