Waffle House

Miss Bailey was the best server I've ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and I was completely worn out from driving and working all day and after a very difficult week. The food was awesome, service the best and everyone was great. Miss Bailey made my day by being a nice person and making me feel special after a rough week .

Very friendly waitress and food was served pretty fast and hot. One of the better Waffle Houses we’ve been to.

The store in Muscle Shouls.are great
So of the servers in the Florence store are very lazy.i waited 15 minutes for a table to get cleaned as the server stood behind the counter doing nothing.and when I asked if anybody was going to clean any of the tables they said they have a medical emergency. The servers are not paramedic.

We came here Christmas Eve and had a blast. The staff was extremely kind and worked together very well. Our waitress, Haley, was a real pleasure.

I love coming here just for the staff. I can't remember her name but she has waited on us every time we have been here and she is the sweetest!!

Although they were Blowed Out when we were there it was continuous motion from All employees. We took the high bar because we could sit quicker. Service was fast and the wait for our order was not ridiculous.

Fantastic omelets and hashbrowns done perfectly! We'll be back no matter how busy you are.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast ordered my food without bacon they forgot and the waitress wouldn't send it back because the cook was grumpy. Other than that it was very pleasant

The cook and waitress took special care with my food. Nice atmosphere and peoples.

I asked for one medium well,and two medium rare, infioues on the rare side. The only steak worth eating was the medium well cooked steak for my brother inlaw. Great service though.

Food was good service was great and the price wasn't sky high for a breakfast for 2.

I was about to give up. It was nasty, the restaurant was filthy, the stall was horribly rude and fighting with each other. The food was not well prepared at all, grits were old. Everything overcooked and just thrown on the plate......but something happened. We went the other day and everything had shifted, it was amazing, just all around. One of the best waffle house experiences yet! Great job Muscle Shoals!

We are regulars here! People are always nice,food is always good & even when it’s packed the atmosphere is still great!

We have eaten at many WH locations nationwide. This was the absolute BEST!!! Our food was exactly correct, our server Sam was attentive and great! The whole crew working today was great watch. They worked together, communicated and helped each other without being asked to. I didn't get the name of the lady cooking, but damn! She was on fire! What training did she get to keep everything so organized?!
The place was busy, but we still got seated pretty quickly. Sam was running her bum off and still was attentive to us. She helped without hovering - there is no training for this. This is just how it should be!
The food. Eggs were cooked correctly, hashbrowns were crispy like I asked for and just greasy enough. Usually WH visits are pretty similar everywhere, todays rivaled eating at an upscale sit-down restaurant. We were so impressed and will make this 'our' WH even though there are others closer to home. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Felt as if I was at a diner in the old days. The staff was very welcoming. Will eat there again next time I want mesome waffle house!

I loved this place. The food was good and the people were so friendly. The staff really made me feel at home while I was there. I will definitely be coming back.
