Best Western Plus Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals Hotel & Suites

Great place to stay for a few days. The receptionist was great, friendly and very hospitable. The rooms were very clean and sanitized. The location was not far off the road and close to eateries.

Last night we stayed here for my daughter's 7th birthday. We checked in and headed to the indoor pool. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone we met was smiling and kind. We had a great night's rest and headed to breakfast. The breakfast selection was phenomenal and had excellent choices for my gluten free daughter. While we were having breakfast the staff came in clapping and singing happy birthday to my daughter. It made her birthday for sure. We swam until checkout. Our stay was fantastic! I 10/10 recommend!

What a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfy! Room included a Keurig with coffee decaf coffee and green tea alongside sugar and creamer. The breakfast was AMAZING! We had real thick cut ham, yogurt bar, thick crispy Belgium waffles with a soft inside w/ an array of toppings! Also, 24 hr barista style coffee with choices like French vanilla cappuccino, mocha lattes and green tea! The service workers were so helpful and nice especially the lady at breakfast! Thank you Best Western Plus for an incredible stay!

We had 3 rooms in October. The employees couldn't have been nicer. Stacy, who was at the front desk was especially nice and helpful. There is still some renovation happening, but the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was good, and we would stay here again if in the area. Thanks!

Beautiful place, beds with squishy pillows made me want to stay another night. Breakfast in the morning was glamorous with biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, chicken patties and juice, coffee and tea. They are awesome

I stayed last night the staff was awesome to deal with 10 of 10 the rooms was clean and well maintained I can’t say enough great things I would rate them the best hotel in the area

We were hesitant to rent a room because of the reviews of construction going on but after searching for ever we decided to give it a shot. We Were not disappointed.. rooms were clean and the breakfast is one of the best . We travel a lot we had just stayed at a holiday Inn resort in Florida you had to pay extra for breakfast and even the nicer hotels didn't have the options this hotel had. Frida the lady working the kitchen was very friendly we loved our time spent here

I LOVE this hotel! I came in on Thursday from Illinois, we stayed here Thursday and Saturday night and it has been the most comfortable I have felt this whole trip. Both front desk ladies I encountered were so nice, I didn’t catch their names but I spoke with Amanda on the phone to make my reservation on Saturday and she is so hilarious and so sweet. This will be the ONLY hotel I stay at in my future visits to Alabama! Love it here can’t rate it high enough.

Fantastic hotel with many amenities and an incredible friendly & helpful staff. Very clean, filling breakfast, wonderful dog park (with doggy bags), fire pit, games, pool, bar-b-que with gazebo, and on and on. You feel very safe walking around the grounds at any hour even though you are on a main road. Will most definitely stay again. They have the most incredible sunsets, too, that are breathtaking. We arrived to find the hotel under renovation. She explained to us what had happened, which wasn't her fault and could happen to anyone.

We told her it was our wedding anniversary and she upgraded our room to have a sitting area. The room was very clean and nice.

We'd like to thank her for her hospitality! I didn't get her name. We checked out and didn't get the chance to show our appreciation. I recommend staying here and hopefully one day we'll be back!

Great room. Lovely shower with seat for disabled. Very comfortable bed and pillows!

In town for a conference and stayed here for two nights. Slept good and front desk folks were super sweet.

Really nice staff, hotel, and room. Breakfast was Great! Nice pool, did not swim though. Nice workout room, did not use it either though. Washer and dryer access! Bed very comfortable! Foyer Really nice, couches, decor, and dining area.

Differently want to give the lady working nights props, she was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had with my stay was the first room when I checked into it. It hadn't been cleaned, and she immediately got me moved to a new room and got everything taken care of for a great stay. The second room was perfect. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be staying here

Clean, spacious and nicely appointed room. Friendly service and good breakfast. The whole hotel makes a nice and modern impression. This will be our go-to place if we are in the Florence/ Muscle Shoals area again.
Greatly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were nice. Great shower pressure. The only issue was the pool was a little chilly but was still entertaining. The staff were super friendly and the snack shop was well stocked and priced. Any issues I had were swiftly resolved. Will stay here again whenever I'm in the Shoals!

Easy access, great hot breakfast choices, and their little coffee machine makes great lattes!

Clean rooms, breakfast was good with nice variety. Desk workers were pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping lady and breakfast lady were both very nice.

My experience was a good one. Everything was okay but next time they might have hot breakfast. It was under construction in some areas.
