I would give more stars if I could. After a couple places told me they weren’t able to work on my car because it’s a newer Mercedes, I contacted them and they were Able to squeeze me in the next day to replace my brake pads. The customer service was exceptional, and as a younger woman I really appreciate the fact that they didn’t TRY to take advantage of me. Even though I know better, there are always places that still try to upsell me or sell me something I don’t really need. Thanks for being professional and doing a great job with extremely reasonable pricing. I will definitely be returning.

I use this place all the time as it's mostly for my work vehicle and I've never had a bad experience. The guy that runs it and the guy that works at the front desk are super friendly, kind and professional. They always make sure my vehicle is good and set. I've even went to other places local for services and had to come right on over back to this place because they are just so much better. Better everything. Better service, atmosphere and just everything.

The staff here is fantastic and very kind. Our tire was shredded on the side of the road the day before Thanksgiving, and they gave us a fantastic deal when others wouldn't even answer the phone. They drove us to us and took us to pick a tire, and then took us back to our vehicle to change the tire. Everything was really fast and we were back rolling in no time. If I am ever in the area again I will be using their services.

Amazing experience. Justin and Steve were so helpful with my flat on the side of the road. They made sure I was on my way. Will definitely use them again and for new tire purchases

This is one of those places you wish you found sooner! The staff is friendly and professional. Didn't feel like a number like you normally do at a chain locations. Extremely happy to commit all future business their way!! We will be seeing you again soon!!

Great experience took good care of me. I couldnt afford a new tire and they didnt sale used tires so they helped me with a throw away till i could find a used one to fit my car. Then they told me of a few places i might could get a used tire for a desent price. I called around and no one has my size tires and drive to the next closest place. Found one i could afford but they wont have them till tomorrow. Still the tire i got from Cook Tire will hold me up till morning. Ty guys for ur help and much respect and when i can afford new tires Cook Tire is where i will go.

Perfect place to take your car. We heard grinding in our brakes while on a road trip and was concerned about it. They lifted the car up and found nothing wrong. They sent us on our way in no time. No BS or trying to sell us something we don’t need. The guy there was nice and talked to us the whole time we waited. Pleasurable experience.

This is my go to for oil changes, tires and wheel alignments. Super helpful employee’s.

Michael is great. He is very easy to talk to and makes his customers feel like a priority I had a flat tire. He was able to see me right away and I had new tires within 60 minutes of calling in the issue. Thank you, Michael!

Great Great people and prices and for the sake of all that is holy, on my AWD Explorer after three alignments this was the only place that spoke to me as another mechanic as I am, listened to what I said and perfected my alignment the first time and has been correct ever since. I will be going back with my F350 next, go here and don't waste time with the others! As a update with my F350 I did indeed get it over to cooks and 0 issues got there took it right in got it done and drives like a dream now. Again don't waste your time else where just go here.

This place was EXCELLENT!! Went in because my hubcap was loose. They took the time to find out what was wrong and get it fixed. They didn't charge me they only wanted to "make sure I was safe out there on the road" Who does that in 2021?? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Great group of people!!

I was in the area from Houston to look at a used vehicle. I had a limited amount of time to have the vehicle inspected so I looked at several "mechanics near me" in the Google Maps app. I called the guys at Cook Tire and they told me to come on in. I arrived and they had the vehicle up on the lift in 5 minutes. They were honest and shared both the good and bad which helped me to make the right decision. The fellows are honest and super helpful. I highly recommend.

Great customer service!!! I had a blowout about 200 miles from their location. They arraigned to have a tire ready for me the next morning. Cost? Under $45 because I had forgotten I bought roadside hazard insurance and I did not have my paperwork. Thank you Cook Tires!!!!
