Rhone Funeral Home went above and beyond for our family. I had many people tell me that my Mothers service was one of, if not the nicest they had been to. Thats all because of the owners, Ben and Keri Rhone and their wonderful staff. They were the most caring and patient people I have ever had to meet with under these circumstances. I would give them 100 stars if it were available.

Ben Rhone and his team of people at Rhone Funeral Home made planning my mom's funeral service very easy, simple, quick, and just about as enjoyable as that experience can be. He is a top-notch person who is patient, respectful, kind and very professional. He took care of all the things, and I am very grateful with the outcome of the service.

We felt genuine love, care and respect for our loved one and for the surviving family. With the support of the WHOLE staff we felt comfort. We truly feel blessed to have been surrounded by the Rhone Funeral Home family throughout this heartbreaking time.

I was in the market for a pre-paid plan about a year ago for my father. I live in the Dallas area, and my dad always asked to be buried in the family cemetery in east Texas. I googled and found Rhone, as the recommended establishment would not return my calls or follow up.
Sadly, my dad passed away in August of 23 so I had to begin planning with Rhone. From the very beginning, I was shown compassion, empathy, and professionalism which softened the blow of having the bury my dad. There is NOTHING else I could have asked for. From the moment we drove up to plan, they were waiting for us at the door with care and comfort. Throughout the planning process, they were supportive and patient. During the service and throughout that day, they were nurturing and extremely organized, and after they even followed up to offer additional support. We had my dad's services at their chapel, and it was perfect. They made the grieving process a little less painful, and gave glory to God in the process. I regret to say that my mom passed away about 2 weeks after my dad, so I had to plan another funeral in the Dallas area (they divorced many years ago). Too bad that Rhone does not have an entity in the Dallas area. Night and day, to the point where I kept wishing that Rhone was in the Dallas area. If I could, I would do a commercial for Rhone. I was just that impressed. Nobody wants to go through the process of planning a funeral or memorial, but when that time comes, and you live anywhere in the East Texas Palestine area.... Rhone is the absolute best!

They were extremely compassionate and helped me so much with planning the funeral of my husband. Rhône Funeral Home and the people that work there were extremely kind and considerate during the time I had to plan my husbands funeral! I was in a daze but everyone there took the time to explain all my choices and the fees and helped me to make the best choices I could with the funds I had available! With experiencing an unexpected death, the Rhone funeral home could not have been more compassionate and kind. I had purchased a pre-need plan for my mother. Rhone's made this very simple and had wonderful options for whatever type of service you desired. Their facilities are very tastefully decorated and designed with families and their guests needs in mind. When the time came everyone there was quick to greet you and ask if you needed anything and they often offered things you hadn't thought of. This is especially thoughtful in this time because you often aren't focused on details. They took all the stress out of those decisions. I had friends and family from out of town many of whom made a point of commenting to me about the professionalism of their services and employees. They helped in every way possible to make this last tribute to my mother appropriate and meaningful. I will send everyone to them with complete confidence and trust that they will be given the best service available.

Two weeks ago we buried my grandfather. Ben and his wife made the planning and funeral process extremely easy and comforting. Not only did they show compassion, but they truly had empathy for my family. We were treated so well and provided so much information to help us during and after the funeral. The respect and care they showed and gave my grandfather will forever be remembered. I felt like they treated us as if we were family members. I 100% recommend Rhone funeral home and will only use them to care for my family in the future. Ben and Keri, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mother passed after an accidental dall and hip surgery. The folks at Rhone came out and collected Mom's body with excellant professionalism and care for the family. When we met with the Rhone staff they were polite and caring. They asked what our wishes were and provided thoughtful guidance and mentioned various options like planting remembrance trees. Mom has 8 trees planted in her name. The staff provided excellent advice for her funeral announcement. And explained the legal aspects and process. All in all, the staff at Rhone provided excellent, caring service, advice and genuine concern for the family.

Everyone is kind and compassionate, they were with me at every step. There was no pressure, Ben and Ron went above and beyond helping get through the planning of my husband's service.
