GameStop, Palestine, Texas, is located in a strip center in front of Walmart. Parking can be a challenge, but, the store is a challenge when trying to figure out which game to get and you can't choose which game you really want to buy. The manager and staff are friendly and ready to help in making choices. My wife has been a big gamer since the 1990s, and GameStop is her first choice for new video games.

As some of you may know, I worked at this location for a combination of 10 years. Over the years I saw GameStop change as a company and even though I may have disagreed with some of the changes...the current staff is the best in sometime. Not only are they passionate and knowledgeable about gaming, they truly love their loyal customer base. Carolina Love and her team are truly some of the best staff to be at the store in recent years!

Honestly I feel like I'm rating the staff more than the store because it's just another gamestop. It stays up to date and clean. As for the staff, I love them. They are all supportive and enthusiastic about everything and what more can you ask for.

We needed a scary PS4 game, had $20 and very little time to shop. Our cashier, I wish could remember his name, suggested a game he thought was within our budget and exactly what we where looking for. And we love it!

They are always busy and judging by my transactions I can see why. The staff always knows their stuff! They are also very friendly and helpful.

This particular location of GameStop is definitely one of my favorites - it's very orderly and spacious. Friendly staff. I'd gladly be back for another visit!

Put a game on hold online. Received an email shortly after that it was ready to pick up. Went to the store great customer service, and got the game. Quick easy process!

Great place to get anything a "gamer" needs at discounted prices. And if you're not sure what your gamer needs, just ask the manager, she's amazing.
