My youngest daughter and I went to eat dinner for her 15th birthday. Valeria and Ms. Connie made it an awesome and truly one-of-a-kind experience that she and I will both cherish for the rest of our lives. I created a custom dessert by taking their Chocolate Chip Cookie, Molten Lava Cake, and Cheesecake, and combining them all together, and asked if that would even be possible. Ms. Connie totally made it happen and turned it from just an idea, into reality! It was absolutely AMAZING, and I named it "The Mountain of Awesomness" lol! The manager even sent the idea to corporate to inquire about putting it on the menu. I am so grateful to the entire staff of Chili's Palestine for making her birthday celebration an above and beyond total success! 🧡

My food was AMAZING and I will definitely be back!!❤❤ I ordered the Triple Dipper and a salad. My husband had the steak, loaded mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and a house salad. He said it was all VERY GOOD!!

I had dinner here on 3/8 at around 6pm. I was immediately seated and ordered an ice cold blue moon and the triple dipper sampler with chipotle chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and southwestern egg rolls. Everything was so good. For the entree, I got the steak with avocado and asparagus. It was so very delicious. I don’t have words. It must be experienced. Then for dessert, the molten chocolate cake was absolutely fantastic. Our server was also one of the best I’ve had. What a wonderful dinner.

This is a great restaurant with great quality food. Service is very friendly and is very quick. They don’t cut corners. This is my go to place when it comes to steak dinners it just for a craving for their Cajun pasta. I recommend this restaurant.

Our server was Cyiana. She was great. She explained menu items and margaritas to my wife and I. She was attentive to our needs and checked on us frequently. I had the surf and turf and it was delish, it came with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes, they were also very good. My wife had the old timer hamburger with fries. We both have had that before and knew what to expect. She said it was very tasty. We have never had a bad experience here at this location. We will continue to eat out here every now and then. Thank you Chili’s mgr, you do very well hiring and training your peeps.

I have lived in Palestine for 3 years now. When we first moved out here we came to Chili's and the service was terrible. We never got waited on so we left, on 2 different occasions. More recently we come for lunch and have no issues. The staff are super friendly and the food is good.

We come to the Chili’s at least a few times every year we’re driving to East Texas for our kids summer camps and other trips to the Tyler and Palestine area. I always have good food and great people to help us.

Oh. My. Gerdness. Our food was delish!! We ordered shrimp tacos with street corn and honey chipotle chicken and waffles. I have zero complaints! The chicken was spicy and made my nose run after the first bite lol. Our server Diana Va. was super friendly in a natural way, not a I’m-working-you-for-a-tip kinda way. The restrooms were clean. We’ll definitely be back.

That old timer cheeseburger was one of the best I've ever had. Just the right amount of pink inside and grilled to perfection on the outside. Service was fantastic!

This visit was very good. The staff was pleasant, the server very attentive, and the food was hot and exactly what I expected. 3 for $10 chipotle tenders goes great with ranch and mango tea.. and this Paradise dessert .....pretty sure I'd go back!

Debo is the best waitress and bartender ever at this place she makes sure our food is cooked to perfection and she stays very professional but also very friendly that makes you wanna keep coming back I highly recommend the chicken and steak fajitas or the Appetizers

I had some really good food. My all time favorite with them is ,the original chicken crisper, mashed potatoes; fully loaded, and corn on the cob.
Nice waitress. Good prices.

I ordered from the Smokehouse menu and I was glad that I did. It had the option of either two or three options. I ordered the two options with brisket and bacon+cheese covered chicken with toast, fries and street corn. The brisket was tender and delicious and the chicken was amazing as well. Chilis has numerous options but I suggest that you try the Smokehouse Combo.

2nd time here, no drunk idiots so far.

We enjoyed ourselves so much that it surprised us. The service at this small town restaurant was the better that we have had at any fancy large city eatery. On a $136 tab, we gave a $35 cash tip. Earned!!

Okay - I couldn’t wait to get home to make this review. Toby was amazing. He was super attentive and kind - gave us some stuff on the house and constantly checked in to see that we were happy with our meal. I haven’t had service like this in a long time and I am so happy that we got him as a server. Thank you so much Toby - you were amazing.

I got the bacon ranch quesadilla and guacamole meal for an appetizer but it was kind of pricy it was nice and crunchy and for my meal I got the salad with quesadilla and it was very flavorful and it was very decently priced

We are from Livingston , TX.
We ate here for lunch today and had wonderful service. Our waiters name was Clinton very sweet , beautiful smile, and was on top of everything. If you come to Chili's here in palistine ask for Clinton. The whole experience was Amazing. Thank you Clinton for being our waiter.
