I had no problems at all I thought everything was fantastic. My friends ordered salads though and they were brown. The waitress said she saw that but had to serve because "they" told her too. That was wrong. Everything to me was delicious! I had beef tips and they were super flavorful. The squash casserole was delicious and the rolls were fresh and delicious. The service was good and attentive. The atmosphere was family home style very comfortable. I will be back if I am in the area but I won't be ordering a salad.

Love the all you can eat catfish! Such nice and friendly staff! Love the new menu! We tried the baked flounder and it was so delicious! We also tried the chicken quesdillas and they were yummy! A little smaller than most but definitely delicious! My husband loves the battered fish! Definitely a winner!

We had a great experience eating here! Our waitress, Megan, was wonderful! She was very kind and attentive! She kept our drinks full and answered all our questions!
The food was great as well! You can never go wrong with chicken fried chicken!

At Cotton Patch Cafe, I had the pleasure of being served by the one and only Ashleigh, the Queen of Service! She was like a ray of sunshine, making my dining experience extra special. Now, let's talk about the real star of the show: the fried chicken. Oh boy, it was finger-lickin' good! I'm pretty sure it had some secret ingredient that made it taste like pure magic. And those green beans? They were like little green superheroes, saving my taste buds from any potential veggie boredom. All in all, Cotton Patch Cafe served up some serious deliciousness, thanks to Ashleigh's awesomeness and the food that made my taste buds do a happy dance. Can't wait to go back and have another food adventure there! 🍗😄

I had a small issue with my dinner. Marion, the manager, solved my issue very graciously. I will return to this Cotton Patch because of her sweet, friendly, and professional manner.

Food is great and service is excellent! We enjoy the Ranch Hand meal. Our waitress Megan always had a smile on her face and never let our drinks empty. Thank you for a great dinner and service!

We had a party of about 20. We had Kadreya for our waitress. She did an excellent job. thank you so much for making our party a very nice one. Father in law turned 83. , it was his Birthday Party!!

This place has great food is easily accessible and is a very friendly environment. The steak and shrimp were done to exactly what we ordered and came quick with great sides. I'm going again as soon as I have the opportunity!

Excellent meal! Food was hot and delicious. Kids meals were out in less than 10 minutes with our food a few minutes later. Megan was our server and she took great care of us. The manager came by and visited with us as well. This all gave the meal a very personal experience like eating at a family member’s house.

My server Chloe was hands down the best waitress I’ve ever had at a cotton patch probably ever. She was attentive to our needs and always got us our food out on time, and made sure our drinks stayed full and made our time there very enjoyable. She was well spoken and I would recommend anyone who goes to the Palestine cotton patch to ask for her and tip her out well so this company can keep such an amazing waitress.

Staff was on point despite being super busy. Food was on time and delicious. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious and the service was great. On Mother's day you expect delays but we didn't wait very long at all. Our waitress Megan was very good kept us taken care of.

I didn’t have high expectations for a Cotton Patch Café, especially in Palestine, but they exceeded any expectations I did have. My steak was perfectly cooked and the shrimp grilled to perfection. Our server, Megan, was wonderful and personable and got our entire order correct, which is a feat for 12 guests. Management was also attentive and kind. We will always come back here!

Not only is the food always amazing but the people here are awesome! Victoria was great. We enjoyed having her as our server! I have a chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. I eat that everywhere I go but cotton patch has the best! Sarah came to our table and told us about the Saturday tbone special and we will be here Saturday!

Meganwas the best waitress ever the food was hot and the service was amazing we will come back and ask for Megan because her caring and cheerful attitude just made our experiance way better!!!

Chloe was our server, and she was fantastic. Literally jaw dropping. I’m talking splendid service to us and she got our food out hot and ready, which I destroyed that plate, by the way.

My husband and I went Tuesday night for our anniversary. Our waitress was exceptional and so sweet!! Food was great!! After we had finished the manager came over and was just SO nice to us! She genuinely cared when asking us how long we've been married, what we were doing afterwards, etc. When she heard that we have grandchildren she recommended a new place in town for ice cream to take them to. When we left it felt like we are part of the family. Will definitely continue going back!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

The building was very clean and we were seated in a timely manner. The staff that we encountered were friendly. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our visit. Thanks so much.
