Chicken Salad Chick

Visited today for the first time with my mother and aunt. The very nice woman at the counter gave us the full menu rundown and let us know we could get samples of various flavors of chicken salad if we wanted. With 13 flavors, that’s helpful! She knew every product and its ingredients and could describe the flavors and make suggestions. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We had the Fancy Nancy, Lemon Basil and Cranberry Kelli chicken salads; broccoli salad (with bacon!!!), and grape salad (nuts, brown sugar, cream cheese, YUM!). Portions were ample; prices were very reasonable; each meal came with a pickle spear and cookie. We’ll definitely be back.

Great food and excellent service make this restaurant a delight to frequent! Tried the Dixie Chicken salad on wheat berry bread with a side of grape salad which now may be my favorite side dish!! (My wish is for even MORE garlic in Dixie Chicken salad...I'm weird and love stronger flavours!) Nice presentation even in to go box...

Whenever I visit my friend in Tennessee, I have to visit Chicken Salad Chicks. I absolutely love the food and atmosphere of this resturant. On my most recent visit, I got a scoop of Fruity Fran on a croissant. I chose to get a scoop of their mac and cheese as my side. When you order your meal you automatically get a buttercream frosted cookie which I find to be delightful! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always spectacular. The ladies who work there are very friendly and I always have good conversations with them. I really like their watermelon icetea. It is a bit too sweet for me so I combine it with regular ice tea to form the perfect summer drink. ☀ I love this place and can't wait to eat there again !

Went inside and ordered it to go for my lunch for work. Was greeted by staff as soon as I walked closer to the counter to order. I didn't have to wait long for food at all. They have a great selection of sandwiches and different kinds of chicken salad. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, great tasting food. Would highly recommend to friends.

The food is Absolutely Delicious. Very Healthy choice. Employees are very knowledgeable, very clean comfortable restaurant. Awesome Christian music playing in the restaurant. I'd Absolutely promote this Amazing Restaurant.

First time here and from out of town. Sherri is awesome telling you about the menu. Chicken salad is insanely good. I had the Scotty. Fresh fruit, sugar cookies… I’m coming back here whenever in town!

We've been here multiple times. Everytime is good. My oldest wanted to go to chicken salad chick for her birthday lunch because she loves it so much! All our food is always good and we've never had a problem here.

So, I don’t eat chicken salad but the spicy pimento cheese sandwich is soo good! I’ve been here two times and I have enjoyed it! The grape salad is good, though I wouldn’t call it a salad. The staff are super sweet and helpful. I will likely be back!

Great chicken salad sandwiches! I had the Fancy Nancy, which is my favorite. I also had their loaded potato soup and it was some of the best I've ever had. They also offer catering. Their fresh fruit is awesome. We need more of these around everywhere.

Love this restaurant! The food is fresh and delicious! I usually get the Classic Salad (mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers) with the Cranberry Kelly chicken salad ... Excellent! The mini flower cookies are really yummy! Everyone's friendly, service is efficient, and the decor is bright, comfy, and inspiring!

Visited for the first time today and I understand the hype now. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated and everyone is friendly. We ordered our meal online and picked it up. It was easy to locate the pickup location. Each meal got a pickle, mini sugar cookie, and we got crackers with the soup that came as a side. My picky nephew raved about it the food the whole time.

Fantastic, very very impressed with this place. First of all the staff is Uber friendly, the restaurant is gorgeous perfect place for a bite to eat lunch or dinner, and the most important part of this review is the food. I got the classic chicken salad on a croissant with a pasta salad side, I was blown away by the sandwich. The chicken salad is amazing, it was fresh, not buried in mayo, and best of all was the croissant. The croissant was light and fluffy, and you could tell it was never frozen because it wasn’t hard it was perfect. Can’t wait to tell my friends and family about this new local joint and return.

One of our favorite places to have lunch. Staff is always super friendly and polite. Food is always fresh. Samples of new flavors upon request. Done in is socially distanced. New cup needed for drink refills. Sassy Scotty BLT on a croissant. Yes please!

The food was wonderful. I enjoyed the atmosphere and staff were great. Was meeting with family and we stayed there for several hours. Wish they had one in Columbia because that's where I would eat when eating out. Even tablecloths which is very unusual.

Dropped in for a quick lunch during the work week. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I enjoyed the Buffalo Barclay chicken salad on a crossaint and would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys buffalo flavor. The restaurant was very clean and I will definitely be eating here again.
