AT&T Store

From the moment we walked into the store Paige was nothing short of a delight! She made the process of upgrading my phone seamless and stress free. She is extremely professional, has great customer service skills and genuinely kind. There was even a table set up with crayons and Christmas coloring books to keep my daughter preoccupied while she helped us. Thank you for all your help! I highly recommend this location if you need anything.

I had the best experience getting an upgrade on my phone ! So easy so smooth all because of Paige’s work ethic she was assisting multiple people at a time and still got the job done quick. She had an answer to all my questions and undoubtedly deserves her position as GM.

Paige was amazing she was very knowledge about the new iPhone 15, and answered all of our question. Our wait time to be helped was only 10 min which was great!

We had a horrible experience when we brought our phones over from Verizon. We were at the end of our rope and then we came in and met Megan. She was wonderful, helpful, understanding and committed to solving our problem. She did and what was taking others months, she solved in 1 hour. I can’t say enough! Amazing customer service.

I personally want to thank the manager Julian for assisting me with my upgrades. Honestly, I was just coming in to upgrade my series 3 Apple Watch. Julian told me about the great promotion where I could get an iPhone 13 at a discount rate! Of course I took the offer. Not only was he friendly and helpful.. he also had a handsome smile to go along with it. The atmosphere was great! The other manager Johnathan told me about some accessories to bling out my phone. Just overall a great experience. I have recommended a few of my friends. Thanks Julian and Jonathan! The dynamic AT&T duo!

Great experience. Tityona is impressive. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Be patient and understand that she takes time with each customer. She will help solve any issue. She is a gem and AT&T is lucky to have her as an employee.

This store was so extremely helpful. The negative reviews are so bias and led by people with hateful hearts. I was in the store with a woman who actually has left one of the reviews because I remember the name and the conversation. She came off so horribly rude and racist towards the men in there, that my wife actually asked her to leave. It’s so sad that people will get on here and leave such wrongful reviews because of what they’re going through. Me and my wife went in with numerous issues, and the Asst. manager Jonathan, Dakota, and the manager Julian was so helpful. They were able to provide the best customer service along with the humor you find in most comedy clubs. There are several AT&T stores in the area, but I recommend this store more than any of them, because they’re trustworthy and will treat you right.

THE MOST HELPFUL STORE AND EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. I have been a business owner for 8 years now, and I would pray to have employees like this. If you’re ever unsure of which AT&T store to go to, I highly recommend this one. The employees Dakota, Jonathan, and Julian provided some of the best customer service experience I have ever seen. Last Friday I received the best customer service EVER from Tityona Lowe, first I went early afternoon, I mentioned that I had to pick up my kids at school in a while and very nicely she recommended to go first to pick them up and then come back with them to do everything with no rush and set up my current foreign cell phone with a local number, I told her my little one was very active, and she said that is ok, no worries, we will figure it out. I came back with my kids and it took a while indeed, she made my kids feel very comfortable, and she tried DURING A LONG TIME to set up my foreign cellular phone with the local number, she really did her best to save me the taxes of a new cell phone, she made a couple of phone calls, texted other colleagues, I was amazed of all the effort and time she put on this, while giving an excellent customer service to other customer that came half an hour after I did. I really want to thank Tityona because my kids felt good while waiting a long time and because I am sure she did the best she could, finally I had to pay the taxes of a new cell phone, but it totally worth it because of a great service, definitely it made a HUGE DIFFERENCE. This is going to be my AT&T store from now on for sure. THANKS A LOT❤

Patrick was amazing!! He helped me resolve a issue I had with a new iPhone I purchased through the corporate store in Franklin Tennessee. They offered me no solution there. I almost gave up until I stop in and Patrick gave me plenty of solutions. Great job

Tityona is one of the most helpful and sweetest employees I’ve ever dealt with! She was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly fun to do business with! 10/10 recommend this store to anyone because of her!
