Unacceptable behavior from management. There had been an issue with a key that was lost and since paid for. The management proceeded to try keeping a room key. As in us having no key whatsoever to access my belongings.

Since we’ve had a long growing relationship with this establishment I’ve gotten my fair share of issues.
Constantly asking if we are able to fix things around their motel. For literal NOTHING. As well as if you stay in the back part of the motel make sure you don’t step out the bathtub wet. Guaranteed you will get whiplash by remaining on your feet.
The employees will pace all hours of the night and try staring in your room. Also if they come to your room with any issues they will try to bumrush in. Male employees to be exact.

So with having those issues and now the issue with the key I think everyone needs to be aware.
