Charles, our sales consultant, proved exceptional, offering valuable assistance in selecting the perfect pieces. His patience and informative approach ensured we got everything we wanted for our living room. The delivery team, Chris and Rob, were prompt, professional, and handled everything with care. They showed respect for our home and ensured all electronic components were functional. Overall, it was a seamless and satisfying process from start to finish. Will definitely be going back to buy additional pieces for the living room and kitchen. Five star experience!

Absolutely love our new dining set from Capital Discount Furniture. At the store, Ted was very helpful and patient and made sure we knew all of our options. The set had to be ordered and Ted kept us updated on its progress. Chris and Rob delivered the set today and they were professional, polite, and very respectful of our home making sure cardboard was down on the floor before unboxing the table to be assembled. We also got text updates for when the truck would arrive. This was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this store when furniture shopping.

The delivery service was also exceptional - Chris and Rob were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless process, making this a truly satisfying purchase.

Very happy with Capital Discount Furniture. We looked at Ashley, Rooms to Go, etc. and couldn't find anything we really liked. CDF had a bunch of different ones we liked and ended up picking one. Teddy from the sales team was very helpful and Rob & Chris were excellent with the delivery

Recently moved to Durham from CT and went to Capital Discount Furniture on a whim looking for a new couch! Ted was so helpful and assisted me in picking out the perfect piece for my new place! Even went back to the store multiple times over a period of days and was still greeted with such excitement and enthusiasm! I was willing to wait 6-8 weeks for it as well but it came in 3!!!!!! Even scored free delivery/set up with their Labor Day sales/promotions. Robert & Chris who delivered the couch were very nice, on time and arranged the couch very fast! Run don’t walk to Capital Furniture!!!!!!! 10/10 recommend!

I shopped exclusively online so I never personally met Kristie or Tiffany at the store. I found them to be very helpful and kept lines of communication open throughout ordering and delivery. The delivery men Chris and Rob were phenomenal! Very neat and conscientious of the placement in all three rooms. I will definitely be shopping at Capitol Furniture again!

We ordered a sofa bed from another vendor as they promised to deliver on time before my guests arrive from abroad and just to find out a day later that they will not deliver as promised 🤬
So frantically we were looking for an immediate solution. We ran to Capital Discount Furniture and were greeted by a very polite, kind and excellent sales lady named Kristy who assist us right away by providing with a high quality and fantastic looking sleeper sofa and made an effort with her logistics team to help deliver at last minute and as promised the furniture was delivered on time by JJ and Eric also Superb service!
They arrived first thing in the morning
and were very quick and professional and didn’t leave until everything was to our satisfaction.

Rob and Chris were great and quick. Total time to unload 3 piece sectional and set up was less than 30 minutes which included showing us how to disconnect sections - very simple. Very professional and made sure i was happy before they left.

This company is wonderful with customer service from start to finish. Kelly is great at the Miami Blvd. location in Durham, NC with sales/customer service to get you the products and options you need. She understands and knows her merchandise and tries to find you the best options for your home, style.& budget.
Upon delivery, Robert & Chris were very professional, polite, punctual, particular to detail and diligent to lay out the furniture. They took great efforts to make sure the furniture was not damaged and neither was there damage to our house including the walls and the floors. They rearranged the furniture in the rooms to make sure it flowed well to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this business and team to assist you with all your future furniture needs.

It was finally time to fill our media room with a big well made sectional set for movie time. We found the right match at Capital Discount Furniture. Their showroom is huge and their quality selection is impressive. As Kelly, our friendly helpful sales person shared, their warehouse is as big as the showroom so many pieces are in stock. We weren’t in a hurry but surprisingly our chosen piece was immediately available and we had it delivered the following week. The delivery/set up men, Chris and Robert were friendly, efficient and professional. They made sure the placement was correct after assembly. It’s an easy drive from anywhere in the Triangle area and the price was quite good. (An extra unexpected bonus is that they are supportive of first responders and teachers)Highly recommended.

JJ and Eric delivered my new furniture from Capital Discount Furniture. The delivery service was spectacular and the quality of the furniture is amazing. I am excited to go back to Capital Discount furniture to visit their well stocked showroom to furnish my kitchen and bedrooms.

I fell in love with a couch I saw at the home show booth and when I called a few months later my sales rep was so helpful in figuring out which one it was. Price was unbeatable based on similar couches I had researched and Chris & Robert were both such a great delivery team. All around a 10 star experience start to finish!

I’m not one to give a lot of reviews, but I went to 4 different furniture stores until I arrived to this one. 5 stars on availability,quality, shipment speed, cost and service. Made furnishing a place much easier. I think that if you give this place a try you won’t be dissapointed

The store had beautiful furniture, the prices were very good. The lady who helped me find the furniture was very nice and accommodating. The delivery guys were very professional, I received a call when they would be here and they were here within 15 minutes. Very pleased with my furniture and the overall experience with the team. I love my furniture and had a great experience with the sales, customer support and delivery teams at Capital Discount Furniture. While there were some slight delays receiving furniture from the manufacturer, the Capital Discount team was incredibly kind and helpful in providing updates and helping me to get all of my pieces as quickly as possible. Chris and Rob were an excellent delivery team for both of my deliveries. They were prompt, quick, and respectful of my home and new furniture. I could not have asked for a better team to help me with this purchase!

Just bought a couch from CDF, and Kristie was extremely nice in helping keep me notified of my options and what would work best for the house. We ended up getting it delivered, and Robert and Chris were very polite and worked extremely fast. They were in and out within 20 minutes and even went up three flights of stairs with 0 complaints.
