Dharani South Indian Cuisine

Dharani is an excellent Indian restaurant with such kind and wonderful staff. They work to make sure you enjoy your dining experience. The food is amazing.....flavorful and authentic. Large menu for all tastes, including vegetarians. This naan is the best too.....soft and full of garlic. We will be back, such a nice experience.

Absolutely delicious Indian food! They've got a lot of competition in the area and this is definitely one of the best. The restaurant is also very fancy and clean. Friendly staff too. I'll be back!

Excellent food and many varieties to chose from. I really liked goat curry and fried okra. Spinach rice was also pretty good. In desserts, I enjoyed avocado sweet dish. It was amazing.
Recommend, if you like Indian food and also enjoy spicy food.

My sweetie is from Hyderabad and he was EXCITED when the food came. He was happy like a kid. We were more than satisfied with the quality, selection and service. Our waiter Rakesh was exceptional. The Naan and chilli chicken was the best I've had in town. I particularly liked the type of onions they used. The dosa made my sweetie happy and he said it was very generous portion of masala and the Sambhar and coconut chutney made him think restaurants from of home.

Visited Dharani this week for an office year end party. Awesome food and friendly staff. If you plan to visit then do checkout the dried Chilly chicken and Gobi Manchurian. The banquet hall is ideal for birthday parties and gatherings . Private dining area is also awesome

Great experience with food at Dharani ...Mr Rakesh served food so amazingly as if we are eating at home.. chef made it perfect be it Paneek Tikka or Cholle Bhature or even Rava Masala dosa.
Fully satisfied... must come if u haven’t tried it yet...

We've been here both for dinner and the weekend lunch buffet. The Indo-Chinese food during dinner was great, and the South Indian food in the buffet tasted authentic as well! The variety in the buffet was perfect, with both North and South Indian dishes. The place is always bustling, so try to arrive early on weekends to avoid the crowd. Would definitely recommend for those in the Triangle!

What a great place. The restaurant doesn't look all that from the outside, but the inside was pretty nice. The food was absolutely delicious. Their garlic naan was cooked to perfection, and the chicken tikka was just outstanding. I asked for medium/hot and it was a perfect spice and extremely tasty --very flavorful. The service was a bit slow but aside from that great experience. Reasonable prices and easy parking. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

The service is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The decor is somewhat upscale and pleasing to the eye. The menu is extensive, one of the few places that have Dosa. It has good selection of vegetarian dishes and all the usual Indian favorites. We had Dosa, Lamb Vindaloo and Chicken Korma plus Garlic Naan. All were delicious. The chicken had very creamy flavor and very tender. The lamb had some pieces that were tough and dry but other pieces were tender. All of it very flavorful. It just depends on the cut of meat (some fattier than others). The portion was plentiful and the sauces that went went Dosa was wonderful. Dosa was flaky and fried just right with potato well flavored inside.

This is now my favorite Indian restaurant in Cary/Morrisville.

Ask him for a special spicy sauce. It's really spicy and garlic, but it goes well with any dish.

First of all, I must say their service is excellent. The food taste is very good as always, never have they failed to satisfy us with the quality and quantity of food.. We recently had an experience of catering for a small group. We were very particular about the packaging etc due to the Covid situation. I was so impressed with the service Dharani gave, they individually packed boxes and bags for each person , including kids , labeled them. All our friends were so happy, to get individual to go boxes, no mess. If I have to again cater during this Covid time, Dharani will be the only place to go to. A big thank you to them.

Best authentic indian food I have ever tried in US and Europe. Chilly paneer is highly recommended. Would love to go again and again 🤟

Visited on last Friday for dinner, first time dining out in ever since lockdown. Well maintained CDC guidance and food was amazing as always. Less crowded and staff was very friendly. At the end we got complimentary deserts as well. Keep up the good work!

Dharani was a great location to celebrate my wife's birthday! The staff was extremely helpful in planning right from choosing the menu and helping with the decor. Rakesh especially helped coordinate the event and make it a success! Would definitely recommend Dharani and its staff.

Best South Indian food I have found outside of India. So delicious, so healthy, great environment, and the people who work there are awesome. The weekend buffets are next level, no where else can you get a live dosa bar!

They have a buffet on Monday through Friday at lunch and then they have another buffet on Sunday at lunch.
Their Buffet is very large and a very nice selection to choose from.
I've eaten there three times and the food is always consistent and delicious and if you like Indian food this is a must-try restaurant for you.

I have eaten at Dharani many times, both dining in and ordering out. We love it so much we've even ordered from them for larger gatherings. Their food never disappoints and their service is very kind and sincere. Everything we have tried is full of flavor. I especially love their Buffet. I usually order my go-to dishes at Indian restaurants but feel much more confident trying new items at Dharani because they're all so flavorful.

What an amazing dining experience! I don't even know where to begin. The food was spectacular and the service was just out of this world. One of the best place in Cary.
