Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Jonathan is fantastic! Had to schedule a same-day service (LOVE the online scheduling system, especially for a business!) He came within just a couple hours and was able to get our toilet functioning properly again. We've used Roto-Rooter a couple times at our business and always pleased with the service we receive. Pricing is on the high end, but at least we know we can rely on prompt and quality service! Also - GREAT option for after-hours service. We don't like having plumbers here while we are open to the public, so it's great to schedule evening or early service.

Excellent prompt service when our water heater was on the Fritz. It ended up being an electrical issue, but because a technician was at my house one hour after we called, we were able to solve the problem quickly. Will call again!

The whole team worked together to send in a plumber who helped to solve my water connection problem all the way through. The communication is good to keep their commitment. The price is fair and reasonable, following a standard code. The friendly knowledgeable plumber went above and beyond to finish his task.

Roto Rooter helped with our repair, we were having gurgling issues with our toilet. Eventually it was getting worse to the point of everything backing up other areas tub and shower. We called our warranty department for our home and they stated 48 hour until someone could get out even with it escalated. We called Roto Rooter who came that night and again in the morning, they were excellent. It’s took less than 30 minutes to clear the clog. I would recommend Jonathan our technician to anyone. He explained everything to us letting us know what the could or may be the problem.

Daniel was incredible. He showed up late a few days before Christmas and helped us get fixed after another company left us high and dry with some real issues. We have always had a great experience with this company and recommended Daniel. He is thorough and a very nice guy.

Fantastic company & staff! Called late last night to get help with a leaking pipe and they schedule me in right away for first thing in the morning. The two technician Erik and Bill were so kind and gracious and explained what needed to be done. Will most definitely recommend and use again if ever needed!!!

Damon arrived quickly, had the problem figured out and rectified very efficiently, and I was back to having functional plumbing within mere hours of the issue occurring. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Damon clearly knows what he’s doing and he’s a friendly guy that’s easy to talk to. Great experience overall.

UPDATE: I am updating my original 1 star rating to 5 stars. Within a few hours of writing my first review, the local GM, James, called me and was genuinely interested in the service issue I experienced. After explaining the situation, he acknowledged “The service was unacceptable” and even refunded the entire initial service charge. It’s encouraging to see that a business owner is willing to take ownership for a bad situation and do what was necessary to retain a customer’s business.

RIP-OFF! Awful experience. Tech told me he did work that they didn’t actually do. Had RR come out for a leaking water heater heater. I asked that the tech replace a leaking gasket on both water heaters, and he later told me he replaced both at the end of the job. I found out a day later he only replaced one. Next day, 2nd tech told me it would be $120 to add silicone instead of replacing a gasket because that would be “easier”. This would have been a 5 minute job for less than a $1 of silicone for work I was told was completed the first service call.

Jonathan with Roto-Rootwr came out after hours and arrived quickly, immediately assessed the problem and offered a solution at a reasonable price. He worked with us to take care of our plumbing emergency and did quality work. I would recommend working with Jonathan again in the future!

We had an issue with our house’s main water shut off valve. Erik and team were able to come out within 24 hours and took care of the issue. They were on time and provided efficient service and made sure my wife and I were happy with the results.

The arrival and repair exceeded our expectations. They arrived within the hour of the initial call and the repairs were done within an hour as well. After repairs, the technician was very informative in helping us understand the cause and what repairs were required.

These days it seems that excellent customer service is hard to find. I recently had ARS Raleigh do some work in my well for low water pressure. The tech, Josue, proved to be the kind of service tech everybody wants. He was on time, professional, cordial, knowledgeable and a good communicator. What I expected to be a simple job turned into anything but simple. Of course, I was initially skeptical. But Josue's clear explanations and obvious knowledge soon won me over. He explained every step and why it was necessary. I'm a retired Quality Engineer, and was impressed with his troubleshooting technique. I would not hesitate to recommend ARS Raleigh for plumbing issues. And if your problem is related to your well, Josue is THE MAN!!!

Professional, great service in an emergency situation on a Sunday evening! Daniel diagnosed the issue and even took time to educate me on what he knew the problem to be. He had a solution right away and fixed our hot water heater leak within minutes. Highly recommend the quality work of Roto-Rooter.
