Excellent service, usually ships within a day! I'm shocked by the few bad reviews as we have used them several times for Richardson hats and have had excellent service and fast ship times. Even the few times there has been a backorder, the remaining hats have shipped within a week. Keep up the good work!

These guys are awesome! We get all of our Richardson hats here for our embroidery business. They not only have the best prices we have found, but also ship same day or next day!

Ordered 300+ Richardson hats for our company and we have placed several orders since. Had 1 issue with an order getting lost during shipping but after making a phone call, they confirmed with UPS that the package was lost and they sent us new hats. Great service!

Derrick and ACC have been my go to supplier for team hats on multiple orders. I plan to keep ordering from them in the future. Recommend to check if the hats you want are in stock and plan ahead for a reasonable amount of turnaround time.

I received half of my order pretty quickly but the other half has been "preparing to ship" for almost 2 weeks. Nobody answers the phone and the email is no good. It sucks because they have good prices and stuff other companies don't carry.
**Update. I'll bump it up to 2 stars because I finally got in touch through Facebook messenger and they were pretty quick to respond. They told me the rest of my order would ship that same day and then just refunded me for it instead.***

Ordered 18 hats. Still missing 3 from the order that just says preparing for shipping for weeks now. Seller does not return emails or phone calls. Even tried through Instagram. Wish I saw the reviews before ordering. Pricing was fair, customer service is lacking big time.
