I arrived early for my appointment, but was fitted in without having to wait very long. Alicia was very polite ; listened carefully and answered all of my questions. She did not rush me. A very enjoyable experience.

Great service. They came out same day with3 hrs of my call. Service guy (Brian) was really nice and thorough.

Aerocare of Mt. Airy has been very patient with me about answering any questions & explaining anything I didnt understand. Also when ever I've called them with a problem about my oxygen, somebody(service people) has been here as soon as possible. And I'm 20 miles from town. And the service man is always Respectable & Polite. Thank Yall!!

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable of the equipment and we received top of the line treatment. Chris is awesome!

Adapt care has been good to me they come bring oxygen, make sure I always have supplies and when I have a problem with concentrator they come in a few minutes and check it out or they trade it for a new one.
