Nice store surprise to see a 76 gas station still in business

Got gas when I needed it. No employee interactions. Paid at the pump.

1/3/22 Told the bathroom is out of order

My mother had a horrible experience at this gas station. Upon having troubles with her card to purchase gas, she was met with disrespectful customer service, with the cashier refusing to help her troubleshoot her payment. Additionally, she needed access to a phone to contact me. Again the cashier dismissed her, quoting the following: "Don't bother me and my customers, go and get out of my store."

Now, I don't think asking for access to a phone to call a relative is a form of embarrassment--or in his words a major bother--but apparently this so called cashier manager did think it was. I will be reporting this to the BBB, for the prejudice this store had against my mother. Be warned before you stop at this gas station, cause you might not be accepted there based on your background and race.

Their customer service makes Durham and the state of NC look bad. People like that manger don't need to open up gas stations in that neighborhood and need their license reviewed and revoked.

The Indian cashier there is very RUDE, he tries to short you on your change, argue with you and both

The store will not update it’s ours they are not open 24 seven as it says in some areas and they are not open until midnight as it says in other areas. I showed up there 10 minutes after 11 and they are closed multiple times now.
