TCR: Triangle Cellular Repair

First I had a new battery installed in my iPhone, then due to a malfunction going on with my charger, I thought the phone was bad or the battery. (Only later I realized this charger problem) The young man showed me some things I was doing on the phone to burn up battery. Due to the same charger malfunction, I started loading up the new phone I'd ordered. I didn't have the right cord to transfer from the old phone, went to TCR hoping they had such a thing. Instead a different man figured out how to e-transfer my info to the new phone. This was great as I would have spent hours and days trying to figure it out. He didn't even charge me because I'd bought the battery there and had all my battery and charger problems. Such good customer service.

My phone screen was no longer responding to touch input, so I brought it to TCR. The technician was very upfront with what he thought needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. And everything went just as he outlined, so I am very satisfied.

Niles was great. He was courteous and very helpful. Could not believe how quickly he was able to repair my iPhone’s cracked screen. We’ve used TCR a lot over the last few years. They are always prompt and extremely skilled. Highly recommend. And 5 stars to Niles for great service!

So far, so... well just so.... I had my 23 Ultra screen replaced there. I failed to test the functionality of the S-pen. Then when I went to use it, of course it only worked with 25% of the screen. Only the lower left hand corner actually. They said they would gladly replace the screen under warranty, but the screen was on back order. I waited a few weeks and they finally got the screen in and called me about getting it replaced. I told them it would be a week or so because of my on-call schedule. So I called and asked if the coming Saturday morning was a good time for them to get it done and I was told yes. I drove the 45mins to the location and they couldn't find the screen in the shop. So I am waiting for the call to say they found the screen, so the warranty repair can be completed. All in all, the quality of the work is high I can't complain there. I just wish they would have tested it the first time or I would have. Oh well live and learn.
Edit: they just called me and are taking care of it. That was quick, and I would do business with them again because they care about customer satisfaction.

Good service. I made an appointment to get the battery changed on my iPhone. It took about half an hour and was a very good price. It's only been a few days but my phone is working great. Before I got a new battery it was crashing all the time due to the battery going flat. I will have to wait and use it for a while to see if the battery is good quality but so far it's good. It was a safe transaction because we met outside the business for me to consult and my phone was returned to me outside when it was finished. It was easy to make an appointment on the website.

I have used TCR several times, which is my fault for damaging my phones! They are top notch and highly professional! I have nothing but praise for them, and they are very competitive with their prices, especially with Groupon. Do not hesitate to use them.

My iPhone was not charging when plugged in. I took it to TCR and Matt helped me. In five minutes he was able to pull a bunch of gunk out of charging port that I had tried to fix myself. Matt was so professional and courteous, he refused to even charge me for the help. If I ever have a cell phone issue I will always take it to TCR. Thanks again!

Great service! They really cared about my experience with them. Had an iPhone freeze and not respond to touch so I took it to the south Durham location and it was fixed within the appointment time. A few weeks later it started doing the same thing so I took it to the other Durham location (it was just closer to my work) and they honored their 90 day warranty without a hitch. Phone has been working like new ever since. They emailed several times to make sure their work was good. Thanks TCR!

I mainly dealt with Hassan with my repairs. He was very professional and nice. He seemed to be knowledgeable about repairs and did my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra in around 45 minutes, when my original estimate I was told it would take a full day. The only slight complaint that I had was one of the other workers thought the skin on the back of my phone was a removable back or something like that and tried pulling it off and kind of messed it up but wasn't even that big of a deal just an honest mistake.

I brought my phone to replace my screen and LCD on a Friday afternoon and the guy warned me that it would be a 3 hour wait because they were so busy that day. That seemed super fast to me, but he was really worried that it would be too long for me. I said that would be no problem and I got a call back 2 hours later telling me that my phone was ready for pickup. The phone ended up costing $30 less than their normal price for the repair I guess because he mistakenly quoted me a cheaper price initially. The phone works great now and looks good as new. Thanks for helping me out!

Jay is super duper cool. I dropped my phone in the toilet and thought it was doomed. She diagnosed the issue and told me that everything looked fine and dry, without charging me anything. I’m so impressed by the honesty and service. Glad we have such a good place to go for phone repair in the hood!

These guys are awesome. My iPhone 7 had a cracked screen and distorted LCD that needed replacement. The online scheduling system made the drop off and pick up within a 24hr. window extremely convenient. I dropped my phone off with a professional gentleman who came outside to greet me after I pressed the ring doorbell on the exterior of the business. He let me know it'd be ready in 40min. so I walked around Duke east campus and returned at the allotted time with all repair aspects of the phone in excellent condition.

Took a friend's iphone in today for repair. Niles (at 9th St) was so helpful! He quickly tested and returned the phone while I waited. Convenient location and honest repair work.

I've gone to TCR a few times, and their workmanship and customer service has always been outstanding.

On my recent visit, I broke my phone immediately after leaving TCR. Upon returning, they expressed sympathy and decided to replace my newly-broken screen for FREE!!! I could not believe it.

Best Location To Go To.

Walked in with my 6S Plus.. My Screen was Destroyed, again. I just knew I would need to just replace the entire phone.

Awesome Customer Service:
Sean walked right up to me, took a look at my phone, examined the extent of the damage.
Assured me that he's seen worse, and that he could replace it in no time at all.

Made some recommendations for places in Durham that I could grab a drink while I waited.

I managed to completely destroy the screen on my iPhone (twice), and both times Jay has been extremely helpful and efficient in repairing my screen! Jay even noticed that my battery only charges to 60% when fully charged, recommending that I have it replaced to get the most out of my IPhone. I was able to walk in and have my iPhone repaired in about an hour; not that waiting was a problem, since the shop is in a great location surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars and record shops! I will definitely be back whenever I need cellular repairs!

Ashley is really nice and professional. She did a great job on my phone and fixed a loose screw that I didn't even know about! Also the price is super reasonable for the quality of the service. Other places I've been charged much more for much less. If you break your phone, go to TCR!

I just had my IPad Mini 4 repaired by TCR, and they did a fantastic job! The pricing is very reasonable, and they set very clear expectations on the schedule. The new screen looks terrific and works perfectly! I could not ask for a better outcome.
