I was approaching Charlotte on 77 during rush hour in my SUV started having a brake issue. The convenience store at the exit recommended the Citgo station. I drove a few miles to the station and reluctantly brought my car in. It was almost 5 o’clock and since these guys were not my usual mechanic, I was nervous that I was going to be paying $$$ or they might not be able to fit me in that day.

They showed me the problem with the brakes, ordered the parts from the supplier, down the street and within 40 minutes I had new brakes. They were even less expensive than my usual mechanic. Not only did they not take advantage of a traveler, they were nice guys who quickly got me in and out so I could go on my way. Despite having questionable taste in college football teams, ;) we were really impressed. I think I’ll bring my other cars down here when they need their brakes changed!

Charles and the "boys" are THE BEST!! Support your local people!! They are honest and they won't rip you off!! If they say something is wrong with your car, need tires, etc then that is what it is!! So happy we have Charles and the "boys""!
