Big Lots

The staff at this Big Lots are very nice. The store was clean and easy to shop despite it being just a couple weeks before Christmas. The selections were good and the parking lot is large and easy to park. If you sign up for the rewards program you get an instant coupon that you can use at the register!

The staff in Mt Airy NC Big lots were amazing and friendly and helpful if you needed it... enjoyed shopping here!!!

Well they have a great variety of furniture to choose from and 3 ways of financing it and it really helps a lot of people get some high quality furniture at a very reasonable price... Every time I go in their someone is loading up furniture that they have just bought... They to have a variety of household goods and a variety of food to...i will be going back..

I have always liked Big Lots and this location's no exception. I've gone in several times and the cashier is always nice. The store is clean, things are organized and tagged, and I can usually find what I need pretty easily.

Customer Service very helpful and knowledgeable about products. I especially enjoy the order online and pick up. The people who come to deliver the items to your car are nice and load your car with the heavy items. The store has a wide variety of items to choose from and are reasonably priced. If you opt in for their rewards program you receive 15% off your purchase every 3 purchases. I have been well pleased with all my shopping experiences with the Mount Airy, NC store.

The employees here are always friendly. The store is clean and well lit. It's very organized and easy to find what you need.

I've had the experience of going to many Big Lots Stores. The Mount Airy, NC location is by far the cleanest, best stocked and organized retail location I've ever been to. The employees were very helpful. Keep up the great work!

It's a toss up on what you find here. That's what I like. Most of the cashiers have been here for years. They're nice but not always very fast. I don't mind though, if I was in a hurry I'd go somewhere else.

Been going to this big lots for years now. Linda is definitely the one to talk to in the furniture department. She is consistently friendly and helpful. The only employee at this location that smiles. Every other employee I've come across at this particular big lots location is either borderline rude when you ask a question, just too lazy to help, or just has no business in a customer service role. If you go, be sure to ask for Linda.

We had to bring back a recliner because Our Father couldn’t put the leg part down because he didn’t have the strength to, and they took it back, no problems at all!Thank you Big Lots for being so great to us!

My family and I love our local big lots .we shop there close to once a week to every two weeks .we recently went there for our new living room furniture and after a small hiccup we were taken care of promptly and I wanted to leave a good review for this location .if you are looking for furniture this is a good place to buy they pretty much made sure my satisfaction was garunteed.

All except the fact they offer wifi and you can't get on to get your coupons so have them ready before you go in other than that staff really nice.
