I have always shopped at Lowe’s and will continue to do so because of quality, service, and convenient locations.

I wanted to update my review since I experienced exemplary service at the Mt Airy NC Lowe’s. I wanted to give Lowes the opportunity to price match a Dyson v11 vacuum cleaner I saw for $73.72 cheaper than at Lowe’s. After talking with the manager, Brandon (tall man) who homered it with Amazon!👍🏻. But first kudos to Annette who was kind to lead me to him from the lighting dept then the cashier, Annette, who was exceptional as service was rendered. Will continue to shop at Mt Airy Lowe’s and you should too!!!!

This is a good Lowe's location. Everything is well organized and kept neat. Employees are sometimes not as friendly as you might expect but that's on a per employee basis. The majority of employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. Have a great selection of building materials and hardware to help you get your project done faster and better!

Great customer service!!! Derek @ Mt Airy store went beyond to help resolve an order issue. Definitely favorite Lowe’s store in area.

Excellent help by Hunter in getting a return item from vehicle to store. He stayed with me because of two very rude employees prior to his help.
Excellent young lady helping with return and credit. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but it was around 1:00.
Also, very good help with purchase of new item from Chris to replace return item
Prior to today Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with a purchase. And I always get excellent service from Tracy.
Thanks to each one. And to store manager that has been helpful in the past.

I'd like to give another 5 Star for Jason that works out back I went there and spent over $600.00 on treated lumber and Jason helped me load every board I got he was a really big help thank you Jason I really do appreciate all your help

We were helped by two wonderful employees. An older gentleman in the power tools section (I hate that I didn’t think to check his name) and a gentleman named Jason in the lumber department. Both were so friendly, courteous and helpful! A great representation of customer service.

We purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator today.
Jamie (sales associate) in the appliance department was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our new merchandise. Very positive experience all around!

Had the shelf we needed, called ahead and it was waiting for us at customer service, friendly staff and very helpful

Ordered some railroad ties for delivery the following day. Driver communicated well, was early and went above and beyond to get the product where I wanted it. Good to see reliable, friendly customer service!

The very best part of Lowe’s is the Pro Department. Joe, Daniel, Sheila, Tammy, Dennis and Pam. They are the best of the best!! They are always so willing to help me with anything I need. They go the extra mile to make sure that my orders and deliveries are accurate and on time. I so appreciate all of them!!
The outdoor Lumber and loading guys are also super helpful and the best around and willing to help me load anything I have.

Always seem to have what I need and the associates are extremely helpful.
Update, 6/10/22; was able to get help from very friendly associate, got what I needed but shocked at how high some of the prices have risen, our country needs some serious help.
Update, 6/15/23. Prices continue to go up, some to ridiculous levels. Associates are still very helpful and friendly.

One of the biggest Lowes i have been to. Had what we needed though we had to go from one end to the other. Good overall selection. Clerks were friendly and helpful.

Website is a little annoying, and orders can get cancelled on you if they are low on stock buttt... I talked to a cashier named Amanda who was incredibly helpful and informative and got me fixed up! After a quick trip to the store, my product was delivered the next day. Great in-store service, helpful cashiers and friendly delivery guys! Thanks!

Most friendly staff! There is always someone who is willing to help me, everyone is very informative and knowledgeable in their department. Store is always clean and the checkout lines are never that crazy. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Best experience I’ve ever had out of all the different Lowe’s stores I’ve shopped!! Mt Airy store is awesome and Nate Gerber gave superior customer service!! I’ve never dealt with any other associate that was more eager to help and make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend this particular Lowe’s store.

I went 2 weeks ago looking at flooring. After I narrowed it down to 2 choices, I asked for help with the measurements I had and pricing. CINDY was so generous with her time and knowledge.I went back the next week to purchase from this particular store because of her. Thanks again for great customer service!!!

When it works, it works. I needed a dozen walking stones to finish my yard. I had some already and needed to match them. It was late Thursday afternoon and I was pressed for time and only had maybe a half hour before my next appointment. I was able to grab a cart, head straight to the landscaping stone area outside, and find the exact match I needed. They had more than enough. I loaded up and went straight to the cashier. A red vest worker was standing there beside the cashier, and he was able to help me load the heavy stones into my pick-up truck. I got on the road and looked at the clock. The whole adventure had only taken 22 minutes. I like Lowe's because, more times than not, they have what I need, and I can get in and out and be on my way.
