I had an issue with one of my termite traps and they sent someone out the next day. Not only did Floyd fix my issue, he also made sure all my other traps were properly set and spent the extra effort to fix anything else he saw was needed. I'm very happy with the service.

Unbelievable unprofessional company. I told them 3 times that I don’t want to renew my contract, my husband told them many times that we do not want to work with pest anymore. What they did? They made appointment without my PERMISSION/ confirmations and showed up. Next time I will call police and sues you for harassment. Please leave my house alone. I don’t want to hear from Pest USA anymore. I hope this comment helps

Customer service is horrible and they do not a thorough job. Some techs do not open windows, closet doors so on and so forth.

My apartment uses this company and the man who comes out is terrible he doesn’t listen to any of your concerns he questions you about the problem as if I’m lying and then sprays maybe twice in areas that aren’t the actually focal point if your thinking about using this company don’t them and my apartment staff are both sorry excuses for a company...
