Took my laptop in due to power button issues. They quoted me free diagnosis. When I took it in the gentlemen (forgive me I’m bad with remembering names) who was working opened my laptop up after explaining the issue while I waiting. Showed me the cause and basically fixed it at no charge due to the screw being stripped. I definitely recommend Cybergear as I felt like I was given a honest opinion/service without a sales pressure as you may typically get elsewhere. Thanks again I’ll be back with my future repairs.

I drove more than an hour to bring my iMac to CyberGear because they were so helpful and friendly on the phone. Charlotte would have been much closer to me but for whatever reason, there's no certified apple service locations in Charlotte and after the great experience I had at CyberGear, I'd STILL drive the extra distance to take my equipment to them. Cameron was incredibly friendly with every interaction I had, he took the time to explain to me how things work and what he was trying to do and went above and beyond to solve my issue. Can't thank them enough!

Jacob and the entire Cyber Gear staff are life savers. I.T isn't perfect and I am not very good at understanding technology at all. But I know that my IT team is just an email away. They provide excellent service for something that is really complicated to me. Just today Jacob happened to walk in the door as we had an issue pop up. He had it fixed in 15 minutes.
