Kansas Belle

My fiance and I went on the Kansas Belle dinner train February 2017. It was amazing. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was amazing. And the train ride was so fun. They coordinated the music with the time period the cars were decorated to match. We walked through the whole train to look at the different trains and even got to stand on the back of the train. Such a great date idea. We will definitely be back again.

Great experience! Food was good (we tried the fish and prime rib), great scenery along the way, and the entertainment (a comedy mystery show involving a director and his ill-fated movie) was hilarious. Definitely recommended. As for other reviews, yes food was catered but was fresh and we had no complaints (5 course meal). The murder mystery was cheezy and goofy, but that's why we loved it. Not sure we would have wanted a more serious murder mystery, it was perfect. And yes, the ride is what it's all about. Will be back.

My wife and I wanted to do something different for our 29th wedding anniversary. This was a great idea. Didn't know what to expect and was surprised by the professional and friendly staff. The USO show was pretty good and the vocalists hit every note. The food was tasty, could have been a little hotter, still delicious. Lots of drink choices. Also had a handwritten note at our table congratulating us on ouu anniversary. Nice touch. Great trip!

My family went on this in the fall of 2000 or 2001 when it was still in Fremont Nebraska. It was a lot of fun. My boys were 6 or 7 years old at the time. My parents also were with us. They enjoyed it and the food was very good. Would like to take another ride now that its down in Kansas.

Such a cool experience! Totally exceeded my expectations. Took my daughter for her 12th birthday and a good time was had by all. Excellent food, friendly service and overall outstanding experience. We opted to do the "dinner show" and TBH, I didn't have too high of an expectation being on a train, but it was well done and fun! Highly recommended and a nice "something different" to do.

We signed up for the dinner train as this was on my aunt's bucket list. So glad we did. Our kids loved the whole experience. The slow ride, friendly service, and eating on a moving train was fun family memories. Would like to experience the mystery train someday. Sadly will have to do so without my aunt because she has passed away.....but I know she will be with us in spirit.

The staff is amazing, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the show with your dinner. We did the USO show, and it was so well done that we will be back to see other shows. The food isn't the greatest, and the choices are limited. The staff, and entertainment make up for the food.

The Kansas Belle is a wonderfully delightful and unique experience! The food and service is fantastic and Bruce is full of great stories and information and fun to chat with! The preforming actors and entertainers were magnificent! It was an entertaining and yet intimate way spend time with my wife!

I highly recommend the murder mystery dinner show. The decor was tasteful, service, food an show was great!! If you want a fun evening an enjoy good humor this is it, take some friends an share the experience..

Excellent !!!! I highly recommend this place.. making reservations was easy and the lady was so polite...from the time we arrived at the Depot, board the train to returning from the ride was excellent...not a dull time, staff was very polite, service was great from pouring drink's to serving the food. Never spilled anything.kept our drink's full.. food was hot very delicious. The gentlemen that put on the play kept us In Stitches... enjoyed talking with them.. we would definitely didn't it again.

Great time, well with the money. Had a murder mystery play out between dinner courses. Staff was friendly and professional, although, archive overall was a bit slow.
