Just left the Trailful Outdoor Co. and had a very pleasant experience. When we walked in we were greeted immediately and for me, that meant a lot! ( I despise going into a store and NOBODY acknowledges you!) We walked in and I noticed the shoes so I went to look immediately 😂. The guy next to the shoes was nice and seemed very approachable. I ended up finding two pairs of shoes that I liked and couldn’t decide. I walked around for maybe 10 minutes being indecisive 😭. After not being able to decide I walked up to the counter and asked which shoe they liked best. The lovely lady behind the counter gave me her honest opinion and picked the shoe I liked most. I ended up picking the On- Runner in the color white frost. I asked to put the shoes on immediately because I forgot my shoes back home in Alabama. The lady agreed and allowed me to do so. I then realized I didn’t get to look around much before we got to the counter so she held my things while I looked around and then we checked out. I would recommend going to them for all your hiking and clothing needs. They had a great selection and the store was nice, clean, and organized. We will be back to shop for Christmas ❤

As always wonderful shop. I go there all the time it has all the right clothing items and some extra stuff for hiking and camping. I absolutely love going to the store usually find some great deals. I think I have one of everything in the store I highly recommend it’s always great experience. The staff is always friendly and nice.

Trailful is a beautiful, tidy shop with a well thought out selection of outdoor supplies, practical apparel, and mid-to-high grade gear. A concise selection of relevant books and maps is available to inspire your next adventure. The owner is amicable and knowledgeable about the products, I would not be surprised to learn that everything in the shop was vouched for from personal experience. The shop also offers some unique items like hand crafted soaps and beautiful notebooks. The prices are all very reasonable and the experience stepping in to the shop is pleasant. I look forward to seeing this company grow and expand in its new location!

Excellent outdoor shop, with very friendly staff. Had all the items I needed to continue on the Appalachian Trail, including the niche ones like waterproof socks.

Great new outdoor gear supply shop located next door to McClain's on Main Cafe. The owners of Trailful Outdoor are knowledgeable about all types of hiking gear and accessories for outdoor activities. Top-notch customer service and a great inventory of a broad range of all-weather adventure equipment and apparel. This is an outstanding addition to our locally owned retail line up and I'd highly recommend paying them a visit next time you're in the market for quality products for your trail ventures. They even have trail gear for dogs from which they were more than happy to assist in fitting my pooch with a new safety orange vest.

They helped me on with all my hiking needs. I just started hiking, so I’m an amateur and do not know any of the brands, but I knew what I needed to start hiking/camping. They showed me a huge selection of gear ranging from great quality to phenomenal quality. Yea it is pricey, but I can tell it’s all made to last and very durable stuff. I also was given quite a few discounts. Now that I got pretty much everything I need to start I won’t have to spend that much again anyways. Big thankyou to Trailful for being so helpful and explaining everything for me, they even helped me set up my tent, so I know how to do it!, great people here! The atmosphere was extremely calm and happy. All the people here had a smile on their face! Definitely hope to visit again one day that I might come through the area! Lovely experience!

Very cool place, great selection and just about anything you might want for hiking or camping.

We had been in the store one time earlier to look at tents but the tents they carry are more suited to hiking and we wanted something larger for car camping. The girls that waited on us were very helpful so we went back to look at sleeping bags and decided on two Nemo bags. The salesgirl was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She spent lots of time showing us the bags snd explained the differences. I highly recommend them for your hiking and camping needs!

Had a really awesome experience here today. Met two very kind people working the register and they had a fluffy dog, Apollo. He was also one of the stores greeters. I found two books I really liked and one of them was damaged so I asked the people behind the counter if they could possibly get me another one from storage. They said no, they only had that one copy. I decided to buy it anyways and they gave me a discount on it. Overall very nice interaction and that was really cool of them. Definitely recommend going here for some useful outdoor gear and some cute nature things.

We stopped here today on our way over to Brasstown Bald because we promised our daughter a pocket knife. We were all so impressed with the quality of goods and the knowledge of the staff. I think our dog Nixie was the luckiest of us all… she was fitted with a new harness by the kindest employee, and pranced out with a new leash to complete the look. We will definitely be back to visit the next time we’re up this way! Thank you!
