Big chain = big wait. I had a great experience, the food and service was great. I understand the frustration of having to wait for a table and seeing tables that are “available”. When in a rush sometimes the restaurant needs to slow down the sitting in order to give the kitchen time to catch up when they get slammed, happens everywhere. If they’re too busy you still gonna have to wait cause the bussers and servers only have two hands and for the most part they’re doing the most they can. If the place is packed and you can’t wait, just leave and don’t take your frustration on the servers. Our food came out quickly, and we were asked 3 times if everything was ok. Everything was great, thank you!!

Service was amazing we were a party of 10 celebrating my son’s birthday and they accommodated us perfectly. Enrique the manager was so friendly and wonderful such a sweet person! Our server Mateo was also extremely kind! Truly made it a spectacular experience I recommend this location to everyone! Definitely the best location I have ever been to! Me and the family had the greatest time!

The food came out quickly and had amazing flavor. The Margharita recommended by Brandon was amazing! Everyone is in sync with one another and they help eachother. My partner and I have never had such an exceptional service done in any Chili's branch. I highly recommend everyone to stop by, you will be well taken care of. This Chilis has the best manager. We went on a Friday night, it was super busy, and we are 10! She always makes us feel welcomed, not like a bother, and finds room for us to sit together as soon as possible. Always smiling, always helping. Our server last night was so sweet and detail oriented. We loved her! I am sorry for not remembering her name, but I have never had bad service on this location anyway!

I frequent Chili's quite often, at least once every two weeks, and I always leave satisfied. The service is top-notch. If you ever find yourself indecisive with the menu, the waitstaff are more than willing to help guide you to a dish, which speaks volumes about their dedication and knowledge of the offerings. As for the atmosphere, it's suitable for any occasion: whether you're looking for a family setting or just to chill at the bar with a drink while catching some sports.

The food is simply exquisite. What surprises me the most is the value for money. They serve high-quality dishes at very reasonable prices. Plus, they won't keep you waiting long; in just about 7-10 minutes, you'll have your complete order on the table. And for those concerned about cleanliness, this place ticks that box perfectly, always spotless.

Without a doubt, Chili's deserves 5 out of 5 stars. If you haven't been there yet, I'd recommend giving it a try.

It was a great experience walking into this chili's.. came in for lunch from the zoo. Very attentive service be the manager Dorene. She was very helpful and extremely kind.

We visited this location to celebrate Mother's Day, and had a great experience. When we entered the restaurant, we didn't have to wait for a table. Once we were seated, our server came to the table and asked if we needed more time to review the menu (which we did). He came back to get our drink orders, then we ordered lunch.

I had the Queso Burger which is a half-pound patty covered in white queso, crunchy tortilla strips & pico. It also comes with a side of fries. The food came out in a decent amount of time considering the restaurant was filling up quick with other diners. My burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were great!

Overall, this is a great place! The staff are friendly, the food is good, the bathroom was clean, and the parking lot is super easy to navigate. If I'm in the area, I would definitely visit again!

Always good food and portions. Many drink specials as well. Cannot go wrong. Weekend night gets a wee bit busy. But wait is surprisingly short. It's a popular place for a reason.

this location is really good, the food is always good & the server Lana is super sweet. the two times i’ve had her as a server she’s always very patient and kind!! 😊

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY AT THE END WE WENT TO MY FAVORITE PLACE CHILIS ON SW 152nd STREET. OUR SERVER CAMERON AND THE MANAGER DOREEN WERE AMAZING AND REALLY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND THEN SOME. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AFTER THE ZOO AS THE DAY CONTINUED, I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING. THIS CHILI’S KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE PLEASE UNDER MY ADVISEMENT, COME BY THE CHILIS ON SW 152nd STREET.

This location opened in January of 2020. We had dinner here on the evening of February 1, 2020. After only being open for a month, I am pleasently surprised at how fast the service was. For a Saturday evening, we didn't wait long to be seated, and the drinks and food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Shout out to the start up team for a job well done. We had margaritas, chips & salsa, chicken wings and molten chocolate cake. Everything tasted just as expected!

My boyfriend and I have come here for lunch a couple of times and we really like it. Today I got a Chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl and my boyfriend got the chicken fajitas. Everything was very quick and the food came out sizzling. I was happy with the freshness of the ingredients.

The service was great. Meya was our server and we really liked her. Friendly, courteous and funny. She is what made our lunch a 5 star experience.

We were greatly met at the restaurant door by the Manager. What a pleasant welcome. She was very attentive and made sure that our order was taken promptly and the food was served at no time. Excellent.

We really love to go to Chili's.. fajitas, salads, hamburgers, etc, etc... Great food for everybody. Also their hamburgers are my favorites...
