Today I had Jean and his apprentice come out to my shop to install multiple outlets, conduit and wire equipment. Sparky was able to come quote and install everything in less than a day of me calling. They did an exceptional job and were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend using Sparky and a big thanks to Jean and his team!

Mr. Celestin was an absolute professional. He was on time. I had an outlet installed in the bathroom and surge protectors for the AC and electrical panel. He was very knowledgeable and explained in easy understandable terms electrical issues and why the need for surge protection in Florida. After he finished the job he cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with his work.

We expressed what we wanted over the phone which was a more elaborate service and he was able to deliver the same day. As well as addressing and delivering on an issue that arose in person. My service experience with Mr. Sparky was exceptional! I didn't have to wait long for the appointment, and the technician Cesar was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He diagnosed & fixed the problem that morning even though it was a bit thorny. He made suggestions for possible upgrades without pushing any extra services. Will definitely use them again!

Mr. Spark is customer ready - I called yesterday and had a terrific electrician in my home today - at the time I was given. Damian was extremely knowledgeable, competent in execution, and time efficient. After assessing the electrical condition overall, he provided three levels of options. I accepted one level of service and am considering other work suggested. Good business model for Mr. Sparky in focusing on the customer long term. Great service and competency.

They also performed a safety inspection while on site of my electrical circuit breaker prior to performing the job, as well as supplying me with different options to better fit my needs.

I had an electrical issue in my apartment. Cesar came to my home, identified the issue, and resolved the problem on the same day. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and very professional. I am grateful that the issue could be resolved so quickly.

Phase one of obtaining an estimate complete. Samuel is very knowledgeable and professional. I felt like I was back in school with new and valuable info being given. Stage two will be deciding how much work to have done but if their field workers are half as good as Samuel I’ve got confidence the job will be done to perfection.

Samuel was very pleasant and professional. He came to provide us with a quote to replace old high hat lights with new LED light fixtures.He explained the benefits of the new lights and the process to replace them. In addition he performed a safety check on our electrical system and pointed out a few issues with the electrical panel that will need to be addressed at some point. He gave us three options for all the work we discussed so we can do some of it now and some in the future. He was very thorough and courteous.

Samuel was exceptional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found systemic issues he was able to address. He took his time educating all of us in the family ensuring we understood the issue and safety risks involved if we did not address the issue.

Today, I had the pleasure of having Christopher Nazario as my technician. I scheduled for a technician to change my switch that runs my garbage disposal in my kitchen. However, Christopher took the time to complete a routine inspection. He was knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I also appreciated how I didn't feel pressured into signing up or paying for anything that I did not want. Christopher was also personable and friendly. He did an excellent job.
