I had a small complaint about one of the products and I wanted to notify the Manager and I want to let the company know that the Supervisor Jacob was very professional and resolved the complaint in the most friendly way, the work group is very friendly and helpful. Panera is one of my favorite places to have breakfast and a complaint will not make me change places, as I mentioned to the manager, we are human and we make mistakes and this time the error was resolved satisfactorily. THANK YOU PANERA for brightening my morning with my strawberry lemonade drink

This is the only Panera that I will go to. I always have a great experience here. The staff are always very welcoming and kind. They are always accommodating when someone has dietary restrictions. When you alert them that something in the self serve area needs to be refilled or restocked, if they haven't noticed it themselves (which is very rare) and already started refilling/restocking, they are on top of it immediately. I've never had a problem with the employees at this store ignoring me or being dismissive of my questions or requests. It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. It's somewhere I can relax. I always feel comfortable there. I definitely recommend checking it out. It's an awesome environment with awesome employees. This is 100% my favorite restaurant to visit.

This is one of my favorite healthy restaurants when I want something light but yummy! And my hubby LOVES the bakery treats.

Went to Panera Bread today. And got a Pepperoni with Basil FlatBread and a small cup of mac n cheese with Bacon. Customer service was excellent as always! And the food was great!

Absolute favorite bakery place to go. Highly recommend the praline twists. The baker goes overnight and makes all the bakery products so they are freshly baked there at Panera every day. My boyfriend is so mad that I’m telling everyone how wonderful the pralines are because he thinks they’re going to get sold out. LOL

I love this Panera on 23rd st in Panama City Fl. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Clean store. They have things I can eat even though I have to eat dairy free. Wonderful store.

Caesar chicken salad and sweetened unsweetened tea. Get the extra chicken, cause the “normal” serving is skimpy at best!

Working in PC from out of town. Needed to grab some grub before I could get into my hotel.

Has been awhile since I've had Panera only because there are so many choices out there.

Settled on a new ham Gouda melt sandwich and some good cheddar broccoli soup.

I know how Panera's product are delivered as I work in the food service delivery industry. Doesn't matter, that cheddar broccoli soup is simply awesome, always.

Food was served promptly and fresh as always. Good service.

Very fast service and friendly employees. Lobby was very clean which is impressive because they were pretty busy.

While the patio is north facing, (causing it to stay cold on a windy winter morning, or day) the interior is adequate, as is the bathrooms. On a hot day in August, this is welcomed, just not in February. The cleanliness of both are maintained throughout the day. If on the off chance a customer was disrespectful to the establishment, and other people working, or visiting, let the employees know so that it can be cleaned quickly for your usage.
As for the staff, they may be busy, but find time to greet you. The more frequent you visit, the longer the greeting becomes, and personalized.
The food, and beverages in their menu that I have tried tastes great, and encourages me to stay away from greasy fast food joints. Panera has helped me stay clean for three years.

The Panera bread at home mac n cheese cups , are so good , the Mac n cheese taste so real and sweet and even though it's a microwavable at home meal
it tastes so fresh and delicious 🤤😋

This was my first visit ever and it was a great experience. The place was very clean and there was no wait to order.

Nice place to get something to eat and drink. Quiet enough to get work, or schoolwork done easily without too much distractions.

10/10 would recommend eating here. Service is always great and the dinning area is always clean!

LOVE their 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup deal! They're broccoli and cheese soup is amazing and hearty and I usually get the steak and cheese with horseradish sauce on it! Mmmmm....

I always enjoy eating here with my husband as a quick lunch. Always recommend it!

I love Panera Bread! The food is delicious, rich, and filling. Also their customer service is great. When I want to eat healthy and wholesome, this is the place I go.
