IHOP

I've been coming here a few times over the weeks, and I am happy to say that the workers here are spectacular from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Always felt welcomed and home away from home. The hosts and kitchen staff are exactly what customer service is truly about. They demonstrated leadership, compassion, and amazing positive energy! I hope the company is taking go care of its people, I would stop coming here if they lose such a great team!

Not sure how this will come across but please take it as a BIG compliment! I’m a huge Rick James fan. I walked into the restaurant and you can see the cook from the front door. I swear I thought I was looking at a young Rick James! Waitress (Bethany) was with a family of about 4 and walked by to acknowledge us. We had 2 people. Then a big group of 9 walked in behind us. Why tell you this? Because they had one cook, one waitress, 3 tables with about 15 people all ordering around the same time. That’s a lot! I worked for IHOP as a waitress when I was younger and to say I was impressed is a LOT! She did such an amazing job. Never forgot anything, filled drinks regularly, came back several times, and always had a smile! This team of two deserves all the compliments and a big bonus! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area! Came for a visit but will be back for sure!

We have been several times recently. Colorado omelet, bacon temptation omlete, berry crepes, all great!!

We went to this Ihop 2 nights in a raw to meet friends. We stayed for a while. Our server Carrie was amazing!!! So friendly and patent. When it was her time to leave a server Lance started waiting on us. She was so friendly and funny. It made our nights. The food was hot and fresh also. The best experience we have had at any restaurant in a long time. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of us.

I like the omelet that I had. It was tasty and seasoned good. The service was so good I thought we were the only table th as t she was serving. This place was extremely busy to. When I am back in Panama city I will most definitely go back here.

My daughter , mother and myself come to this location quite often , the food is always great and hot ! We love having the waiter Ashley, she is so attentive, sweet , and considerate!! Nothing short of amazing ! She’s always sure to check on our table and refill our drinks throughout our meal and answer any menu questions we may have . Her sweet personality and attentiveness adds to the experience and makes us feel valued as customers which is one of the main reasons we continue to come back so often . Ashley is an example of Great above and beyond customer service !!

It wasn't a busy time when l arrived so it was a very cozy atmosphere for me and my guest. Each order was well to our pacific liking in presentation and taste!!!🍽😋👌

Food looks great but the lady who gave me my take out order was rude and didn't really wanna bother with me. I asked for extra toppings and instead of offering for additional money she just said no I can't give any extra, very rudely.

Food was great. Our poor waitress was the only one there though. Between our 9 top, a 6 top and then several 2 tops, she was running around like crazy. But she kept an awesome attitude and most guests were patient given the situation.

Dined in with my son and everything was fantastic, we were both very happy. I had the California Chicken Avocado sandwich (I think that was the name) with fresh fruit. The sandwich was so tasty and I didn't feel bogged down after eating it.
The fruit side could be better but that's typically the case everywhere that offers a side of fruit unfortunately...liquidy and proportionally weird.
My son had some fancy pancake, can't remember if it was confetti or chocolate chips and a side of bacon.

Restaurant out of fresh fruit, icing for cinnamon dippers, coffee served Luke warm, not enough butter for toast. Waitress apologized...said truck was in yesterday and did not have their full order.

Ashley was our Server, she did an excellent job, She was very kind, We were surprised that she was the only server there.., but she did an outstanding job !! We go regularly there as I go to the Dr in Panama City. We look forward to seeing her . If you see her please let her know, how much we appreciate her kindness

Waitress was great! Kitchen was backed up with togo orders, and not many places were open to eat on Christmas. Spinach/mushroom omelette was delicious!

Meet up with my brother and his wife for brunch and couldn't have been happier with the visit. Food was great (French toast with berry compote, soooo good), our hostess was lovely and all other staff had smiles and were friendly as. Definitely a good place to go for a feed in PC, thanks team!!

Great servers. Good coffee & food. Large selection. Great children's menu with lots of cute options that lil ones will be happy to eat

The food was excellent! Kudos to the chef!!! Service could've been a little better, but we did dine in at about 3am.

The food here has been prepared so well for year after year. Also the manager has no problem being a server when there are staffing issues, thanks Sandy.
