Kohl's

This store is top notch. There are two managers that work at this location, Olivia and Anne, and they go above and beyond for the customers that shop at this store. When I have gone in to shop, they were slammed with customers, yet still took out time to offer me personal help and make my holiday shopping 1000 times easier. I shop a lot and go to tons of stores and I have never received this level of service. Since I have been treated so good by these two, I will be spending much more money at Kohl’s for the holidays. For the sole fact that when people go above and beyond to help you, it makes you feel valued as a customer, and that’s exactly what these two have done for me. Thank you so much Kohl’s - you know how to pick them! And a personal thanks to Anne and Olivia - I have so much gratitude for both of you. *Update - Lisa also helped me tonight and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find something and was genuinely nice and kind. Between these three, I will be back a lot. A big thank you again!*

I haven't been to a Kohl's in years. I was surprised at the sales and some lower price selections. While I couldn't find all my sizes they had options on different styles. They still have the Kohl's dollars. Self checkout is convenient but can require help with security tags. The staff helpful at checkout and greeting at walking in. Store was clean in some areas more crowded than others. I will go back again soon. I have Kohl's dollars so there is that!

Kohl's have some pretty good prices and discounts. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Its a joy to go shopping and the employees friendly and with a smile!!

Angie at checkout and the ladies at the customer service/return were very friendly and efficient when I went in on 3/6. Service is always exceptional.

The Kohls in Central Park Fredericksburg Virginia is calm, kind and has professional employees like Angie who did the checkout for me today - she assisted me to do what I wanted & was pleasant.

Sue W was so friendly and helpful at the customer service counter!. She was knowledgeable and quickly resolved my returns, exchanges, discounts issues!

This is a really nice store! They carry some different merchandise than other Kohl's I've been in. They also seemed to have more employees, which meant more registers were open! I'll be revisiting after Christmas.

Ann R at the Fredericksburg VA Kohl's was the friendliest customer service person I have encountered in a long time. Her attitude reflects how much she loves her job and life. Hire more like Ann R to represent your store.

Angie had great customer service! And all the other associates were very pleasant too.

Customer service was excellent. We had a slight problem with our coupon and the manager on duty took care of it with a pleasant attitude.

I could hardly believe how much time the checker spent with me at her register. She went above and beyond helping me.

The Khol's employee that assisted me on register 4 was amazing. She was very pleasant, courteous & professional. She helped me celebrate my birthday month. She was happy for me. She was celebrating with me. It's good to know that others can celebrate with you during a time of Joy!!!

This is one of the larger stores. As usual I found what I wanted and at a good price.

Livf in the Mishawaka store was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She even carried my item to my car.
