Party City

I usually don’t leave reviews, however, tonight I feel the need to. I have been looking for a specific costume for my 7 year old daughter for a bit now and haven’t been able to find it. I tried Party City as a last minute shot and called. A kid named Colin took amazing care of us tonight. He answered all my questions over the phone and even had everything pulled and waiting for me when I got there. I was just very impressed by his attitude and how he handled my hectic phone call with care and truly made my daughter’s Halloween. He deserves to be recognized for that. So, thanks Colin!

They don't sell graduation balloons year-round. That would've been a helpful review for me lol

Had 8 latex balloons filled up. They said it would last 6-8 hours and ours actually lasted about 20 hours. Service was quick and the employees were friendly. Great visit for balloons.

He said he really did not expect anything like this for his last day at work before he goes into the Navy!

I came here because I needed to blow up about 30 18" balloons for my business and they used to rent out the large helium tanks that would be more than enough for the job. I was a little disappointed that they no longer do that but the guy who helped me showed me their smaller tanks that blow up between 50 to 60 9" balloons. I purchased it and went to my offices to blow up some balloons. First thing I noticed is that the balloons didn't seem to be floating like I had remembered. They acted like a balloon would act at the end of its life, not very much float to them. On top of that the tank only filled up 15 balloons, which didn't seem right to me. So, the next day I returned to the Party City to ask if only filling up 15 balloons seemed right and to let them know that I think my tank may have been bad, if that is even possible. I wasn't requesting a refund or anything just really wanted to know if that seemed right. Without further question they refunded my money and were very apologetic. Super professional and super nice. I highly recommend this store. Excellent staff and excellent customer service!

Costumes I never even would have thought are there in all sizes at great prices

Nakia who works at this store deserves a raise! Standing in line just now at the helium counter, I watched her quietly endure abuse from a rude and impatient customer, and I can only imagine how often this happens. No one deserves to be treated this way. Nakia did a wonderful job.

Summer item blowout! Very nice workers and great selection.

Customer service these days is paramount. It can encourage business or it can undermine it. In these days where brick and mortar stores are under attack, you need associates on the front line who actually care about helping you. That's where you'll find Jess, Alanna and Misty. In the trenches, fighting the good fight, one customer at a time. We came in last minute and within moments Misty flanked us, offering impressive upgrades I had not thought of. Up front, Jess and Alanna, keeping watch over the balloons and register, were attentive, bubbly and friendly. Way to go Party City. That's how you do it. Give these gals a pay raise. I'll definitely be back!

High price love the new inside look

I went in to get stuff for my son's birthday. I've worked in several party stores, but still needed help (getting a pinata, locating a couple things) and everyone was super helpful. The associates were wicked nice, which is always a good thing in a store. I will definitely be going back for our other party stuff!

Went there looking for angel halos for our youth Christmas presentation. I'm not surprised they had them, they are my go to for special items. Excellent customer service.

I'm a huge Amazon fan but after doing my research you can't beat Party City's balloon prices when they come with helium! Party themes and holiday go to store!

Staff is friendly. Ordered balloons for an event and the balloons were ready as soon as they opened. Everything turned out great
