Everyone at Rocky Mtn PT in Windsor is friendly and welcoming. Even though it's a small office I was amazed with the different exercises I did in that space. Kristen is a fabulous PT and her kind demeanor makes it easy to follow through with therapy. Kristen used dry needling as part of my therapy and it lessened my pain from sciatica. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I'm planning on returning very soon!

I found RMPT through a FB group for people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I had been through a round of 6 months PT with another physician for Slipping Rib Syndrome as well as other co-morbidities for my EDS.
Originally, I saw Kristen and Christina to help me recover after a hip labrum reconstruction. I have maintained a pain level of 3 or lower in my hip since surgery and all through PT. I can participate in Taekwondo classes again, walk my dog, and go on driving trips just like before my injury. They take an individualized approach to your care that helps support your recovery goals.
I continue PT at this office for other co-morbidities and symptoms from EDS. My co-workers go to PT at RMPT in Johnstown as well. I have always felt heard, believed, and cared for at this facility by all staff.
It is no understatement to say that Christina and Kristen have/are helping me get my life back.

Kristen McFarland and the staff are fabulous! I was recently diagnosed with hEDS amongst other things, Kristen was highly recommended and it is clear why. She is a book of knowledge regarding EDS/hEDS. She is also very nice, makes you feel comfortable, will answer questions, is receptive to feedback. I am just beginning PT again, but there is no doubt I have struck gold this time around:) Edit: I completely forgot! One of the fabulous services they offer is an online account where you can access your exercise routine, complete with videos to remind you on the steps should you be like me, completely forget by the time you get home to where the printed information isn’t detailed enough! It’s awesome! It even gives you points with a little graph to track your progress; it totally works if you struggle with motivation, making new routines. It sets you up for success!

Kristen McFarland is very knowledgable, professional, and has made a major positive impact in rebuilding strength and mobility for my injured hip joint. I was able to make Team USA in inline speed skating again this year in part because of Kristen's care. The Windsor staff is professional and friendly, as well.

Outstanding service and team. Kristen and team are great and very knowledgeable and friendly. Ive gone now for two different sport related injuries and they’ve really helped get me back to feeling normal. Also, I just tried my first ever dry needling therapy. Although I was a little skeptical due to my specific issue, Kristen was awesome and I was shocked how I experienced immediate and sustained relief. They also sent me on my way with printed instructions for stretching on my own as well as video instructions sent to me. Both versions are very helpful.

I found the therapist and staff very gracious and patient with me as I worked through the therapy program. They were very personable as they explained the purpose of each exercise and patiently allowed me time to grasp the need for each one. I was able to have less pain and have felt progressive relief with the daily home exercises as well. I highly recommend each staff member and therapist .

I love going here for my therapy, they take into consideration all of what I can do instead of focusing on my limitations. They are always friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone. Even my partner goes here and loves it and the help she is getting.

Ian Davis has been my physical therapist for the past 2 - 3 months, prior to my rotator cuff surgery and afterwards. He is the very best physical therapist I've ever encountered. He is not only tremendously skillful, but he is professional and highly competent. Quite frankly, I consider him one of my friends. I look forward to my therapy and it's coming along much faster than I anticipated. My doctor is very pleased with my progress and I owe it all to Ian and his ability to discern and treat my post surgery recovery. He is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone!! You will not find a more qualified, gentle, and caring physical therapist. Thank you Ian....you have made a very difficult situation easy and pleasant!!

In addition to Ian, Theresa has been a God send, working with me to make sure my appointments are perfectly timed to my schedule and always being friendly, helpful and caring.

Thank you to this wonderful team of professionals at Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy - Windsor!!!

I am so pleased to recommend this business for physical therapy! I had surgery to repair a torn meniscus and feel so fortunate to have had Anne as my therapist. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable she was! Anne gave me tips to insure my recovery would be complete, and the exercises we did helped me visibly improve. I appreciated the variety of techniques she used and her feedback was so helpful. I was given a printout of the exercises I needed to do and she made sure I completely understood them. Most of all, I appreciated Anne's wonderful demeanor and true concern for me. She became a friend who listened to the latest happenings in my life, and I loved getting to know her as well. I am completely recovered and enjoying a pain free knee, and I owe it all to Anne. And Ian and Teresa were awesome, as well!

I had received physical therapy before in another state for a different condition. I had therefore expected the same mediocre type of service and attention I had received in the past.
To my very happy and pleasant surprise the Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy staff was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, fully explained how they could treat my condition, and also the treatment results I could expect. They have exceeded my expectations of physical therapy care and I feel they truly want to provide the best possible outcome for their patient’s recovery.

I have been receiving treatment for the past several months after
major wrist surgery and the physical therapy treatment has been excellent. Dr. Ian Davis is very knowledgeable and explains the steps all along the way and has a very pleasant, easy going personality. You won't find a better Physical Therapist who really cares for his patients. I also have received treatment from Anne Phillips, who is a licensed physical therapy assistant at the Windsor clinic and have been very pleased at her commitment for positive results and creativity in stretching exercises.

I have had 2 total knee replacements done over the last 18 months. I used RMPT-Windsor both times for my post-op therapy and am so happy and thankful for the results!! Not only has the care shown me been in the physical therapy part, but all my questions have been answered . Ian Davis truly cares about his patients, and is empathetic in the journey of healing. Thank you so much for being such a big and helpful part of my road to recovery!

My experience has been good and the staff has honed in on my problems with balance and poor posture. The exercises I am given are gradually helping to solve these problems. I am 93 years young and working to gain back the ability to function better. I think I am on the right track with Rocky Mountain.

This is the absolute best place to come to for PT! From the knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring Therapist's, Ian & Ann...right down to the very sweet and caring receptionist, Teresa! You can't go wrong! Ian helped me overcome vertigo in one session, amazing!! Ian has worked diligently with me so that I can get my strength back from a tailbone injury. He's fantastic! Both Ian & Ann have worked on my shoulder. I appreciate and thank you all for your kindness!! I recommend Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy of Windsor without a shadow of doubt!
