Dave and his crew are top notch. Their shop is clean. Their cuts are perfect. The quality of their vacuum seal package is the best. Very thick plastic and no air. This meet should last years. Also, they are willing to accept meat late into the night which really helps when you are coming off the hill after a long day.

They have cut my deer and elk every year for the last 7 years and they are the best around no question! They are great people that do great work! Oh and you get your broadheads/bullets back so you know it’s yours!

What an incredible value and quality job. We had both of our deer cut and packed here and will definitely be using your services again in the future... I hope it’s not too early in our relationship to say this, but I think I love you!

Best service in Valley County, and Ada County in my opinion. If your looking for a butcher, do yourselves a favor and make the drive. Just north of Cascade its not a bad drive from Boise for quality of product.

If you're ever hunting in Idaho I suggest The Meat Shop for your game processing. What an amazing job they did on my buck there. I will definitely use them again.

The folks at The Meat Shop are outstanding. They helped me with an elk I took on the last day of a hunt and have been incredible easy to work with as an out-of-stater.

Took an elk here a couple years ago with no problems. I called ahead to make sure I'd be good to take one in this time.

Not sure who I spoke to on the phone but sounded like they just woke up at 10 AM. Then we had a misunderstanding on what I was asking with a very condescending tone. I killedan elk a few days ago (3 to be exact) had it skinned and quarted within an hour of it dying and hung in the shade same day. The meat is fine! I was ultimately told they weren't going to except because it was to hot as if I don't know what I'm talking about.

I wish I could give it negative stars. Told me I had 350 pounds of wasted elk meat, absolute wrong. Had 2 other processors look at it, and ended up with 0 waste. I think they were just too lazy to look at the meat, and smelled the meat through the dirty game bags. Either way, im glad I didn't go with them.
