What a place this is! Lots of woodworking tools and different types of lumber (I was in heaven). And upstairs is a Cafe for a quick bite and looks like they offer lots of services if you plan on building a home or garage.

This place blew my mind!! The facility is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. In my 30 years of contracting experience, this facility checked all of the boxes for the craftsman/consumer that is seeking quality at a very affordable price point. Are they the cheapest, no. BUT, they are highly competitive in their pricing and the quality of product is second to none. As a contractor, I would much rather visit and patronize a company that is fairly priced and offers the quality of product that Im looking for, and need. A HUGE inventory of everything and anything you could possibly ask for. I was thoroughly impressed, and that’s not something that happens easily. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the trip to get there was absolutely breathtaking! For those that have left negative reviews, take a look at the source. Most of their reviews are negative, and in the “English World”, we refer to them as, “Karens.” This place is amazing! If you’re looking for quality product, tooling, craftsmanship, etc., this is a place you MUST visit! My wife commented on how happy I looked when I got home last night after visiting Kevin, and I couldn’t stop talking about how awesome the experience was! Absolutely 110% recommend making the trip. You won’t regret it.

We always head to Keim's when in Charm, OH area. Wood selection is pretty cool and many tools, hardware, garden decor and building supplies with "style" can be found here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but hours can be tricky sometimes. Make sure to check when the store is open. I buy wood and hardware for crafts and different small builds I make.

Customer service was top shelf. The selection and variety of woodworking tools are large beyond any other local offerings. Just a must stop for anyone looking for wood, tools, ideas, gifts too much to see.

Gorgeous store that will fit any projects needs. Incredibly helpful service and excellent customer service. It is absolutely worth making the drive out to Keim to get the best quality service around.

Wow. Amazing hardware store in the middle of Ohio Amish Country. Very good selection of all general hardware and country supplies but an amazing selection of power tools, wood working equipment, and wood. The wood selection includes general lumber as well as a full selection of exotic wood from all over the world. See pics. If you are into general or serious wood working projects better visit here.
They have a very large order counter to find and order if necessary just about any part. Very helpful and friendly assistance at the counted. Highly recommend a visit just to look around even if you do not have specific hardware needs.

Seriously worth visiting!!! We drove about 2 hours to get here and it was so worth it. There's so much to see and lots of fun new things to buy I'll definatly make the trip again!!

Would give Keim more than 5 stars if I could.

I bought 75 tongue & groove boards (1x8-8'), over the phone and it was a very simple process. They were delivered within days - and every single board was in beautiful condition...no throw-aways! This appears to be high quality Ohio whie pine at a cost you would find for a lesser option (you would have 'pick through') at one of the large home improvement stores.

The salesman Dave Edinger and the driver Jon were great: very friendly and professional.

What a cool place to stop at. This place has all top notch stuff. It's like a Lowe's or Home Depot on steroids. The finest merchandise you can purchase. The DeWalt selection of tools was incredible. Everything and anything you need. For whatever reason the was making homemade ice cream out front on July 5th, and giving it away for free. Generous portions, and toppings. Thanks Keim, for being so generous this July 4th weekend.

My family really enjoyed our visit to Keim. The store is huge! Also enjoyed the cafe.

Keim is an excellent place to go stroll around if you have some extra time on your hands. It is not hard to spend a couple hours in here just looking at all their unique merchandise. From hobbies to recreation to all out work, they have almost everything you will need to get er done. They also have a building with lots of different species of woods in all sizes. If you are looking for a home improvement store this is also a good find for you. Lots of things to make your house look fresh again. Long tail short, this place is definitely a recommend if you are on your way through Ohio and you’ll probably come again on your next trip through Ohio too if I had to guess.

The place is amazing! Initially it is a bit overwhelming and confusing but once you figure out the complex it’s got everything you could ever wish for as a woodworker. Professional tools as well as beginner tools. They have all of the best stuff. It’s an adult candyland.

I drove two hours to look for a base for my slab. The customer service was first class. I didn't feel rushed. I ended up spending more than I had intended to.

This Wood Shed is the best selection I have ever seen. It has wood from around the world. They will cut the size of wood that fits your needs. If I lived closer, I would like to have a job in the wood shed.
