Charm Harness & Boot

The store was exactly what it purported to be. It was a beautifully appointed leather-goods store that smelled wonderful. An amazing inventory of high quality products of all types focused mostly on work and outdoors. But also a great selection of footwear related items like Sox, etc. I think they also offered some repair services. They did have some clothing items. I picked up a fully lined flannel shirt for $20. But the price on a lot of shoes was high. But given the amount of folks that need heavy duty work footwear, I am sure they know what price the market will bear. I'll go back. You never know when a good deal will pop up.

Excellent selection on so much stuff. Clothes, shoes, so much apparel. Everybody was so helpful. I would say very reasonably priced all around great place.

Great store, they have huge selections of clothes you wouldn’t find at a store in town! Unique and better pricing! Also Ugg selection is amazing

The drive from Seville OH was a nice drive until we got about a half mile from the place. Then came the traffic jam. But it was well worth it. Best boot store I have ever seen. We didn't even explore the bottom floor because I went for boots only and my wife got a belt. The Amish people there were outstanding in their customer service. And they have a huge inventory. Was a great experience.

For one,it's a beautiful drive there. A large selection of footwear for work or leisure,men's women's and little ones.the staff are very helpful.I'll be going back when I want a quality boot/shoe.I like my hikers.

They have a huge selection of women's, men's and children's shoes and boots. Great prices and super helpful employees! Plus, it's a beautiful drive in the country to get there passing a few local restaurants!

Amazing selection. Fantastic service! We drive 1 1/2 hours to get our boots, athletic shoes, and Carhartt coats and sweatshirts.

Hands down the best place to buy work boots! I found them when I lived in OH. Now I live in VA and I don't buy boots anywhere else! They'll mail them to you if you can't get to the store!

Great and friendly people. Only place I really like to get my boots from. Worth the trip early in the morning. The boots there tend to last longer than other places.

This is a great place to stop while in Amish Country, especially if you have. There is a great petting zoo. They can custom make leather goods and sell men's belts made of harness leather. They last a lifetime! Great produce market and fresh baked goods as well!

I was very impressed with the salesperson, as he was very knowledgeable of the shoes I was asking about and was very attentive to me. I found a great pair of steel toed Keen shoes for work that fit and were comfortable 👌

My husband has a lot of difficulty finding shoes that fit and do not hurt his feet. This shop had a large selection of shoes (most we had not heard of where we typically shop). They were reasonably priced. The service was excellent. A very nice young man helped my husband try on shoes, explained why some shoes did not feel right and made suggestions on other similar styles which he believed would fit better. We have never had anyone spend so much time with us related to shoes. My husband bought two pairs of shoes and even wore a pair of new shoes out of the store. Well worth the visit and we will be back.

Nice store! Plenty to choose from with really nice Amish staff. Prices were good on most things but small stores have to charge a bit more. Hope to return just for the Charm( no pun intended).

This store has got such a great selection of boots and shoes. The prices are fair, actually they are typically just a little bit cheaper than anywhere else. Even during these times of engineered scarcity and supply chain collapse, they had the boots I wanted in stock when no one else does. Even the Redwing factory store said they were on back order. I debated about only giving 4 starts because the parking sucks most of the time, but I guess I can't really hold that against them. This place is busy so my advice is if you know exactly what you want call ahead and they'll have them sitting on the counter for you. You might only have to stand in line for 5 minutes by calling ahead. Even with the constant flow of people they still recognize my me, when I call in my order and pick it up. That's just pretty amazing. Thank you to everyone who keeps this store running like clockwork.

Great assortment of items at reasonable prices (and if you look hard you can find some at great prices!).
The staff are friendly and helpful. Also - check out the hidden basement store! If you're a hunter or avid shooter you'll love it!
