Rosie’s Amagansett

This place was absolutely amazing, the bartender as well as owner, Danny, not only served us these amazingly crafted drinks he also told us the logic or the story or the background of the drink. This gave the drinks a whole new experience and it felt great. Along side this and the kind and helpful staff the food was amazing too. The salmon and the filet mignon was wonderful. At a perfect medium rare, the meat was so tender and juicy. The Mac and cheese I also recommend as an appetizer as it was nice and cheesy but also crispy on the top. And the deserts on top of that were wonderful, the lava cake melts down and the crashing of the heated fudge going against the cold ice cream gives it a flavor of its own. Every plate was beautifully decorated as well as the drinks. Not only did I have a great meal but I also learned a lot too.

I have two words for this establishment, breakfast sandwich. But, not just any breakfast sandwich the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had anywhere. As a New Yorker, I think we all have an affinity for the dish, our special order (mine is usually of the croissant egg and cheese variety) but this sandwich makes everything pale in comparison. Two just golden toasted pieces of sourdough oozing melted havarti cheese with a perfectly cooked egg and always ripe and delicious slices of avocado and tomato. All marrying together with a secret sauce that makes me want to tie the chef up until he divulges all his secrets. I’m not sure what it is about this, but I’m not the only one raving about the combo, a rather well-known artist who we struck up a conversation with also professed her love and said it was the best she’d ever had. The other star here? Aside from the mac and cheese which also shouldn’t be missed if you are feeling particularly decadent is, Hector. The loveliest, kindest and most personable waiter we’ve had. Every time we darken the door of this place he greets us with such warmth that we leave in a better mood. The vibes there are great, but he makes it such a positive experience we drive all the way from Southampton just to see him (and stuff our faces;). If ever in the neighborhood or close to, I highly highly recommend.

The food was amazing! Great service, and very nice mood. The ambiance was so good, and was a very cute place! Brought my family of 3 kids and husband for a dinner, and kids loved it! Amazing, and kids approved! Definitely recommend!

Excellent latte, creamy and smooth, friendly people, pretty place, and the best avocado toast I’ve had in a very long time. It was clearly made with a lot of love and extra, extra care. Will go back.

Had a terrific breakfast burrito and avocado toast for a quick bite. Service was amazing and food matched . Tried a Monopolio Clara Lager 👍👍👍, one of the best beers I’ve ever tried . Super happy with food and beverage .

I came to Rosie’s for a lunch date with my mom, who needs accessibility accommodations, and the staff blew me away by how caring and helpful they were when we walked to the and from our table. The waiters and servers rushed to hold the door for her and assist me with her walking. It warmed my heart. In addition to great staff, Rosie’s food and drinks were great. The Bloody Mary House spice blend was incredible and my mom and I enjoyed the chopped salad and breakfast burrito. We loved the interior design and music that was played. Overall a top-notch dining experience!

The atmosphere makes this place. Absolutely love the whole set up, very relaxed environment. Food was great, its pricey but what isn't expensive in the Hamptons. I am very happy we chose Rosie's over a diner. We will be back again.

We’ve been here in 2019 and 2021, the place was nice. Came again today (2023) and it was amazing! Friendly and professional staff, great food with nice selection of GF options, good choice of mocktails. Nice appetizers (eggplant fries and tuna tartare) and really good main (whole fried fish). Great experience, strongly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! Pleasant, breezy, vibey atmosphere, delicious food (you must have the burger), and super friendly staff. Dani’s cocktails are THE BEST! The most perfect espresso martini and michelada I’ve had. Truly a must-try place. Went two weekends in a row and can’t wait to come back.

From the moment you walk in the door, this is a fantastic experience. The drinks are delicious and beautiful, food is tasty and well balanced, and the decor is sophisticated yet cozy. Amazing to see how good this place has become now under the new management since it reopened. Equally great for brunch or dinner.

Rosie’s has become my go-to when I’m in Amagansett. Chic decor and vibe. Staff was cheerful and attentive. Their mac and cheese is to die for. (We usually go with friends and get a few orders for the table, so I make sure one lands in front of me.) The hummus, fish croquettes, and Chicken Milanese are all delicious. Also, their new cocktail menu is fantastic! The Grey Gardens and Rosie Smokes are my favs among some cool, inventive options. Can’t wait to go back :)

Absolutely LOVE Rosie’s!! One of the best spots for brunch in the Hamptons. Just stopped in for lunch and the service was top-notch. Food & drinks were delicious. They’re planning a bunch of new menus & events for this summer. Can’t wait!

Came with a party of 6, all the food was delicious. Chicken Milaneza, mac&cheeze, filet mignon, loved it all. Drinks were tasty too. Waitress and the bartender were knowledgeable, fun and friendly

Excellent dinner and overall experience right before a show @ The Talkhouse. The service was great as were the scallops, the burger, the steak and the wine was suggested and paired to perfection. Ambiance was very warm & cozy. A trifecta @ Rosie's!

Had the sidewalk burger and a happy hour beer for the first time since things opened up again. Burger was great. Liked the aioli sauce and the rest of the toppings. Actually had tartar sauce as option for fries. Very happy with the deal and quality of food.

Recently revamped menu and cocktails. Excellent drinks. Very friendly service. Tasty food. High rec!

Literally I don’t understand how people are leaving these horrible reviews I go to rosies everyday three times a day sometimes and they have the best coffee in all of the Hamptons. The staff is absolutely delightful and are doing their best in the middle of a pandemic while still smiling and being super helpful in every way they can. The food is amazing, the burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had around. Seriously made my entire summer this year. Thank you Rosies you guys have been amazing!
