You couldn't ask for nicer people The Dr is great she really cares!!!

I see the PA Lauren, who does put in the effort. She has too much on her plate. When sick or needing to be seen, she directs you to urgent care or ED. It is difficult to get to Loves Park, and the ED is an unfriendly place for people who are not in emergent need. I have primary care , so I do not need to go elsewhere. I'm thinking of getting care elsewhere. If not seen when having symptoms, how can they figure out what is going on.

Had appt with PA and was told to arrive 15 min early .. arrived 23 min early. Got called 30 minutes after my appt time, sat in exam room for over 25 min before saw professional - saw her for 5 min, done, then they charged my insurance for EXTENDED APPT!! Extended only cuz of their delays and a 5 minute office visit should not be classified as EXTENDED even if insurance pays!

Great clinic however if you’re seeing Dr T. Dong I would not recommend in fact I would say run!! Worst doctor I have came across. He’s condescending, rude, argumentative and down right unprofessional. It’s like talking to an arrogant young punk. Takes months to fill prescriptions and doesn’t feel it’s necessary to do follow ups. Told my mother she wasn’t welcome back when she voiced about his lack of communication or the fact he didn’t fill out the order for her diabetic medication for 2.5months despite leaving multiple messages. If I could leave zero stars I would. Not the type of doctor you would expect dealing with Osf.

You can go out of your way to call them specifically to set up a payment plan the moment you receive your first bill, actually set up that plan with them, then pay that bill diligently, and still get your info sent over to their creditor (Convergent). Watch out for these guys. They are predatory and are looking to take advantage of consumers.

People r rude doctors are never there and getting refills approved is harder than pulling teeth

Lauren PAC doesn’t listen. Very rude. Will switch providers after last visit.
