I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Alison Lind. She is knowledgeable, accessible, and transparent; which in my opinion, are the most important qualities to have as a realtor. Alison was present for our closing, making it helpful to answer questions that the attorney had. She is friendly and easy to get along with, which made house hunting an absolute blast! I will never consider anyone other than Alison for future real estate transactions.

A little confusing at times but nice.

Door to Door & Beyond is simply put horrible. They “managed” my property for me as I live out of state. The last tenant left the home in horrible condition and Door to Door did not manage the situation. Was told they made the needed repairs, but when after months of not being able to find a tenant meeting requirements ended up selling the home. The realtor provided pictures of the home. Now understand why it wasn’t renting. House not cleaned. Carpet filthy. Their paint contractor didn’t complete the job. Light switch covers missing. Doors damaged. Trash left in the home. It’s no wonder why it didn’t rent or find potential tenants you’d want. Of course there’s more, but don’t want want to keep writing for the next several minutes. This company doesn’t know what they’re doing and why Century 21 would want to be associated with them is beyond me. I’m so glad the home is sold and don’t have to deal with the incompetence any longer.

If I could rate 0 I would. Horrible to rent from. My daughter and fiance was renting a house paying $1000/ mo. She had to break lease due to family death. They refuse to return deposit or extra rent money paid.
