Very friendly and low pressure sales. I came in inquire about a car they set me up for test drive, answered my questions. They helped with financing finding me a great rate and I ended up purchasing car. So far very happy with purchase and no buyer remorse. I would buy here again!

Purchased a 2014 Kia Optima EX from Kroll with a very bad credit rating. Amazing customer service! Employees went out of their way, and stayed late to help us. They listened to concerns, and they were super friendly. On our way home with our new car we encountered a shuttering issue when getting up to speed. We called back and they had no issue helping us. They test drove it again with us and listened to what we thought the issue was. They took care of our parts immediately and stayed late after to get it fixed. No charge on us. Not to mention they were honest with us, and they genuinely knew about the car they were selling us. We got a good deal. We tried elsewhere prior to coming, but we came up short with quality service and vehicles. Thanks again Kroll Auto Sales!

I do not have great credit and was honestly scared I wouldn’t get approved anywhere! A family member suggested Kroll Auto Sales and I stopped in they were able to work with me in less than 2 hours to get me into a great vehicle within my price range! Highly highly recommend, we plan to only go to Kroll in the future.

I bought from before. I just got paid and had $300 to spare. I called and gave Adam info and he said he could help and would work with me. Down payment would have been higher but he broke it down to help me. I went in and got a newer vehicle without the hassle. There credit check doesn't hurt like most dealerships it was one hit and done not 20 throughout the months. Best place to buy and I always recommend to everyone I talk to

We'll be back. We purchased a 2010 Prius from Kroll Auto yesterday. We so appreciate the way they sell cars. Oh my word! NO PRESSURE! Glen didn't go back and forth between us and his manager to "negotiate" a price. They set their price as low as they can so we didn't have to haggle. Indeed, they were within the good to great deal price range on car gurus for the cars we were interested in. This car is pristine clean for a used car, low mileage, one or two owners. (BTW-THEY don't buy cars that smokers have owned!) We are so satisfied with our experience at Kroll Auto. While we were filling out paperwork, I asked Glenn where they get their cars, how they know if It's a decent vehicle, and a number of other questions. He had ready answers for all my questions, and Adam, the owner, filled in with supplemental info I didn't know to ask. It may be a small company, but they are going to do well. We highly recommend Kroll Auto Sales! We are not related to anyone at this business. We found them on Car Gurus.

Adam and Glen are two of the best I've dealt with in recent years when it came to purchasing a new car. Excellent service and even better communication when it came to outlining how they would get me into a car. Once I selected the car, it took less than 2 hours to have finance and out the door. AFFORDABLE AND RESPECTFUL. When my wife and I got there and went inside I got greeted with a smile and a hand shake. They both asked how we were doing. They listened to what I had to say on what I would like and could afford. They said I have the right one for you 2005 Ford f150. I fell in love with it, the truck is very clean and drives nice. I was looking around and all the vehicles in the lot were very clean looking. I did not find anything wrong with the Ford so now it's in my drive way! thank you both for very good service. Never once tried to go above our budget and they were very real when discussing vehicles, pricing and work they've done to vehicles. They have an amazing warranty and offer oil changes routinely for approx $15. This is a place I will return to in the future!

I randomly stopped by and ended up test driving a GMC Terrain. I ended up loving it and bought it two days later. Glen was the sales guy I worked with. He was very knowledgeable about the features the SUV had and he was not pushy at all.

I really enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicle on my own without a sales person as sometimes that can be awkward.

I also really loved shopping at a small local dealership that was priced to sell and not have to haggle at all. It really took the stress out of the whole experience.
