Hampton Inn Huntsville/Village of Providence

Really impressed with this place, especially the customer service. The room is clean and fine, but the extra touches from the staff really jump out at you. One example is just the sheer amount of bottled water they constantly give you - that's very much appreciated and not something I see often. Also, this particular Village of Providence area is really cool to stay in - lots of restaurants and shops around.

Great Hampton Inn, definitely above the average. Great location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. They are going through a expansion, which caused a little bit of inconvenience, such as the gym was closed and construction crew walk in on the hallways but other than that, very good option to stay in town.

Was visiting in Huntsville and so glad we picked this hotel/area over others. Very cool development with plenty of restaurants and places to meet up and hang. A Starbucks is being built across the street. Front desk was great and they communicated by text during stay to check on us.
Cityscape view was cool and unexpected. We were room 431. Other room we had was 433 and looked straight at Spring Hills and their parking lot. Get an end room or one facing the park.
Bathroom was very smart, internet was strong, elevator quick. Lobby breakfast was as expected, not crowded at all. Free cookies at night. Peep holes in the doors, old school touch. Didn’t hear any neighbors or tv noise under the doors. Close enough to downtown or space center.
Will definitely return.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I usually don't eat hotel breakfast, but being that it was Christmas morning, my options were limited. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast provided. It was very tasty and fresh. I will definitely make this Hampton Inn my go-to hotel to stay at while in Huntsville in the future.

Loved everything about this hotel but the true standout is the Customer Service! Everyone we dealt with while there had great customer service skills but the true standout (and the main reason I will make my way back to this hotel) is Marco! If I could give him 20 stars I would!!

Very nice rooms. Very friendly staff! Parking was a bit messed up. But it's under construction. It's unsustainable. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

A caring staff, excellent rooms, and a wonderful location. It was nothing short of lovely. 12/10 most definitely recommend if you're in the Huntsville area.

This was one of the nicest Hampton Inns I've experienced. The Village of Providence development is so cool, with architecture designed to make the buildings look old. This hotel has a Taco Mama attached to it; other restaurants, including Mellow Mushroom, are within easy walking distance. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy and the water pressure was great. I also loved the refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion bottles -- all really nice products. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Truly beautiful!! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Front desk staff was very very pleasant. Our room was gorgeous and clean! My husband and I stayed in the King Corner room. We loved every minute. The bed was comfy and the views were spectacular. We walked into a nice, clean, cold, and quiet room for the 2 nights we stayed. We slept like babies! The only slight complaint was that breakfast was not that good. Watery eggs and old cereal. But with that being said, there was soooo many other good things!! We would love to stay again soon!

I recently visited this hotel while in town for a graduation. The front desk staff was so welcoming upon arrival and eager to assist. I was quickly checked in and provided my room. The room was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with all the necessary essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a bustling area with an array of restaurants, bars, and lots of entertainment in walking distance. The area is very safe with plenty of parking provided by an overflow parking lot. My son enjoyed the exercise facility. Additionally, the breakfast was full of a variety of food. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Huntsville. I highly recommend!

I stayed here for a Convention at the Von Braun Center. What a well trained team! The staff handled check-in with ease. I could tell they were well prepared for our arrival. Wonderful walkable location, TacoMama is literally steps away. The customer service from check- in to check-out was superb. The room seemed to be disinfected. The bed linens looked, felt, and smelled freshly laundered. Free parking, strong water pressure, and warm chocolate cookies were the icing on the cake. I will return on my next trip to the Huntsville area.

Hotel was very clean. Standard breakfast with many options. Goody bags for those needing to eat on the run. Quiet despite being in the heart of a bustling neighborhood. Great local eateries within walking distance.

Great Hotel in a great location. Marko at the front desk was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and the staff in general were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great but also a short walk to several different types of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel.

If I could give more stars I would. This Hampton inn lives up to the Hilton reputation in every way but let me tell you about Marko. This is a man who goes above and beyond in his job and really cares about his guests and their experience. After working 8 days straight, he was still bright, cheerful and extremely helpful. Even though I live in the area, I would come back just because how great he made the experience

It was a great stay in an absolutely adorable part of Huntsville. We were there for a race and and enjoyed having thl food and shopping within walking distance and l an open air market when we woke up the next morning!

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. I got a really cool corner room with an extra large window! So much natural light in that room. I enjoyed my stay here and would return if coming back to the area. The check in and out through the app with the app room key was super convenient!

Stopped here on our way to Florida and it was the perfect stop. The hotel was clean and we received great service from the staff. The location was also great because there were plenty of walkable food options along with open grass for the kids to run around in to wind down from a day in the car.

Decent rooms in a nice location full of good restaurants. Decent breakfast.

Outstanding stay we were very happy with the cleanliness of the room. The complimentary breakfast was great. I only wish there were more options for people with diabetes at all hotels that service'sbreakfast. I know that's 0impossible to please everyone with health problems.
