I was in and out don't know what all the fuss is about. Everyone was pleasant and they got me in and out for my DOT drug screening.

They were fast, polite, and very professional. They cleaned my finger up real well. Thank y'all!

I'm surprised at the poor ratings. I went for a pre employment physical and drug test. TJ was very professional and warm, efficient and good at his job. Drew was the primary caregiver who did the physical. Also very professional and warm, spent enough time with me to understand me. Even the man who did the xray was nice and efficient. I'd be back.

The reviewer saying he had to wait so long for a drug test...that's funny because they did mine right in front of me, and since I do not do drugs, they didn't have to send it off to a lab for further testing. The man complaining about them not allowing his daughter...it says right on the front door, no children allowed.

The Staff That Worked with me Georgia, Mason, Jessica. Worked to assure that I was given the best care.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. Everything was organized and my physical went smoothly.

I was nervous opting for this location due to reviews. I quickly found that there was NO need for worry as everyone was extremely professional and kind! Waited 45 minutes with no appointment. Will definitely be back in future!

Not sure about all the negative reviews but i was in and out for urine test in 25 minutes…No, not everyone will be, i know, but that was my experience…and the entire staff was pleasant, friendly, and professional :)

Appointment was at 9:15 am. Arrived 15 minutes early. I am still waiting at 10:31am. This is a pre-employment assessment. If you must come here like I had too clear your schedule for the day. Staff was friendly.

Edit. Went today for another company and VERY EFFICIENT and still always friendly. Upgraded to 5 stars. May just have been a busy day last time. Kudos to the staff.

I would love share my experience my thoughts. I’m from Texas originally and am new to Alabama. I came into the clinic not knowing, what to expect. What I received was truly a blessing from the receptionist upfront helping me with my paperwork to the nurse taking my blood . Jada explained everything to me but most of all put my mind at ease . The office was warm and inviting so different from others I had been too. I left feeling like family, Blessed because I know I will be coming again . The ladies and the Doctor, in my opinion Top tier Professionals I look for to the day I go back .

My new job required I come here for physical and drug screening had 7:30 appointment was finished with everything in less than an hour staff were friendly despite the many negative reviews my experience was quick and pleasant

Every staff member I encountered was super polite and informed. For those complaining about the wait, there was a gentleman who came in with a severe wound on his hand and was immediately seen. Those with injuries take precedence, as they should. I don’t mind waiting longer for those who have emergencies.

I was hesitant about going to this place given their previous reviews, but needed a DOT physical and decided to give it a try. Didn't wait for even an hour to be seen, great service from the staff, very friendly, listened to me and in my opinion did a great job. There's somewhere to park, place seemed clean. 👍🏼
